Aubrey, the cashier that took care of me during my visit, was very polite and very pleasant. She has a wonderful demeanor and was extremely helpful.

Loaders Mike and Abi loaded my truck gently, other loaders at different stores have just thrown mulch and topsoil in my truck, Abi and Mike did the opposite and sat everything with ease.

Asked for helping loading landscape bricks. Ended up doing ourselves after young store employees just walked by.

The store has not had enough registers open I don’t like to use self check out and there is usually a long line with one or two registers open the store is extremely busy and should have an option of at least four registers open at one time. By the time you get to the cashier she is usually frustrated

Mike from the lot is awesome. very friendly

It is always great to shop at this Home Depot. It is clean, well stocked and the customer service is amazing

All staff I have encountered, very friendly and courteous. If I have a question or need help finding something, staff take the time to help me. I like the self check-outs. Only issue for me is. Men's restroom could be cleaner. I do understand alot of working men (customers) use them. I gave 4 Stars because the men's restroom could be cleaner.

The lady in appliances, Shanate T. was very kind and patient with me. She was friendly and knowledgeable about the appliances/products I had questions about. The store was clean and the cashier was friendly too.

My review was rejected because I mentioned a competitor. How is this? Home Depo sucks more than their competitors.

Mike C. helped me load the material from my pick up order. Friendly guy, maintained a conversation with me. He's helped me a few times loading my orders and always has the same friendly attitude every time. he goes above and beyond.

A cashier told me "he pooped his pants" and proceeded to pull what appeared to be a dirty diaper and put it close to my face. No idea in what world it's acceptable to put someone like that front line. I'm appalled and will never shop at this home depot ever again

Some of the employees are rude and unhelpful.

amazing employees everyone's always smiling and so helpful if they see you staring around looking like you need help they surely come and give it to you can't buy that for a dollar

We were able to find what we were looking for. And had friendly service throughout our experience. Would highly recommend this home Depot. You can always find someone for questions or for help. And they are great at helping you load things into your vehicle. They are all superheroes that wear their orange capes on the front!!

This store is the only home improvement store I shop. I always find everything I need and the staff is always available, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Gayle at checkout was particularly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I look forward to my next shopping trip and Home Depot purchases. It has become a second home!

CLEAN, SAFE, FRIENDLY

I spoke with an associate in the flooring department about luxury vinyl tile. When I asked about matching "run numbers" on boxes of flooring, I was told "it doesn't matter anymore, they are all the same." So I randomly selected my boxes. Upon opening the boxes at home, the instructions clearly state to verify the run numbers on all the boxes are the same. So the associate in the flooring department gave me incorrect information, which will cause me to make a return.

If you need help with an appliance (refrigerator, dish washer, stove etc.), go see Destany. Top notch employee. Very patient & professional. Too bad there are not more employees like her that make purchasing appliances as enjoyable & seamless as she did!
