This is a friendly convenient store but like most Home Depot's the cashiers claim to accept Apple Pay but they do not know how to implement it

very well stocked, and clean, friendly employees, decent prices, home depot carries a lot more items than other hardware stores in the area, and the products are of better quality

The store is sometimes out of stock on something I'm seeking. Except for that it's excellent overall. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

First of all this web site is wrong. I put the zip code in for Delray Beach! not Boynton. East Delray store. Ya need to keep the stock on the shelves. A full box on the top storage shelf doesn't do me any good.

This Home Depot is the one I always go to. It is always clean and neat and if I ever have a question the sales associates are always helpful.

I will never shop anywhere else at a Home Depot. This store was so full of helpful and happy employees. So different from others in the area. Everyone from the power tool section, Lisa, who was the MOST helpful and amazing. Her knowledge was amazing, she never made me feel like I had to many questions even when 10 other people needed her and all the employees were asking her questions. She somehow answered everyone's questions with professionalism. She even went in the back to get me a box that was not so beat up which was out of her way while she was so busy. She made spending so much money worth it. At check out the cashier Patricia was so sweet and professional. Full of smiles. Such a nice way to spend... as I was walking out the lady checking my bags and receipt was just the sweetest person. Everyone was full of good energy which makes spending money and shopping more fun and easier to do versus the stress of negative energy sometimes from other stores can make wanting to get in and out more of a task then when experiencing such people at this store, it makes you shop longer and more spending more money ha. Great store, GREAT customer service. Thank you!!!!

Great price, service, and quality. They also have the cheapest decorations and lights compared to other local stores.

This is our neighborhood store, so we frequently shop here. There is plenty of parking, the registers are all in use, so there are no wait lines, the associates are knowledgeable and polite. What more could you ask for! Keep up the great job, Home Depot.

I had ordered some pavers and they put some on hold so if I under ordered I could still use them as they were on a closeout. It was a wonderful experience and I didn't know I would be able to do that. THe Lady at the Will Call even double checked to make sure my order was ready. Thank you

You need to hire people that can answer the publics questions,I don't need your staffs help but some of the answers I over hear them give to people that don't know any better is terrible at best,some of the recommendations for tools,accessories is way of base,you should hire a couple of retired contractors that could advise people in a helpful and useful way

At the return desk I got outstanding customer service when attempting a warranty return. Since the item was more than 90 days old technically warranty is up to the manufacturer, going through that process is a huge pain, but the Boynton HD stepped up and issued a store credit for the price of the pump earning a customer loyal for life! Thanks Boynton Beach HD!

Since my last visit to Home Depot (years ago) the efficiency & helpfulness of the associates in the store has vastly improved!! This time we had a very pleasant shopping experience, because of the people working there!! Good job Home Depot!!!

The products are very well stocked with a good variety. The sales people are always friendly and very helpful.

Overall shopping experience was good, Needed assistance in paint department, one customer ahead of me in the same situation, decided to return at a later date. Went to pay at registers and 2 custiomers ahead of me, seemed to be a problem with customer checking out, cashier didn't acknowledge or turn to face other customers in line. I proceeded to get out of line and check out at the self service register which was very speedy and convenient.

EZ access from I-95. EZ in and out, clean, wide isles, not cluttered and friendly customer help with a smile.

I had a wonderful shopping experience at this store. Shirley coleman, my cashier, was very knowledgeable about keeping plants alive and health during the winter months. We had a great conversation about how to best nurture plants and I will definitely be taking her advice. The other store associates were also very helpful and welcoming while I was browsing the store. Excellent location!
