I didn't get 5 feet into the store when a gentleman asked if I needed help. When he was unsure of the location of an item on my list (there were 4), he searched to find it so I was not wandering all over the store. I easily found my items and was helped by a delightful young woman at the register. She insured my batteries (1 of my purchases) were correct and answered my questions fully. I had expected to be in the store for at least an hour and was out in 15 minutes with everything I needed. The prices were reasonable, too.

I ordred a few items online and picked up at store.

During my visit I needed a key copied so I stopped by Hardware where I was helped by an associate who made my keys quickly, was super friendly and even made me smile with a joke. After wandering around the store looking for solutions to a few different problems I was having. I ended up back in the Hardware department where I asked the associate that had helped me earlier if he had any ideas. Not only did he solve every one of my issues (walking me back and forth across the store to do so), but he kept it entertaining, educational and fun! What impressed me most wasn't the associate's knowledge or problem solving skills, but his kindness, humor and genuine enthusiasm to create solutions for me. This man took the time to help me and used it as an opportunity to be a great human. It is so rare to have a customer service experience like the one I had today. As a former Apple Store employee I've set the bar VERY high for these things. The associate that helped me exceeded all of my expectations. Home Depot should be extremely proud to have people like this on their team!

Associates may be busy assisting other customers, but are available on the floor. For this visit, I did not need to consult an associate. The store is well lit and clean in the aisles. Self-serve stores are prone to customer tampering with packaging. The worst of this is found in hardware and plumbing where people take parts or toss an item into the wrong bin. This is the worst of my shopping experience at this Home Depot. Associates do a great job of organizing product. I always enjoy shopping at this Home Depot because I am familiar with the general layout and consistent standard of performance. High five!!!

I think this is one of the best Home Depots...good products and helpful employees. Quite a drive for me but many times will go here instead of one closer (441 in Boca)...which is always busy ~ not much parking and have had some issues at.

The contractor entrance must be for valet parking, but there are never any valet available for parking the lazy contractors vehicles.

Went into Home Depot today to pick up a few things and in every department I went into an associate asked me if they could help me. I was very impressed and was in and out of the store in a flash with their help.

I had a very good visit to Home Depot. Ariel the sales clerk was very helpful in buying washer and dryer. I had a order too pick. I with Ariel again we ordered the Stackable Kit for the Washer & Dryer. Very helpful. Nice store. Thank You Doris Richard

I was very distressed at the length of time it took me to purchase two quarts of paint. being disabled, there were no electric carts available, and no associate would help me locate one.

I needed to purchase a hot water heater. Ren, a store associate in the plumbing dept. was immediately available to assist me in selecting the correct size for my needs and to choose the proper items to complete my installation. The cashier was immediately available to complete my transaction and offered to assist me in loading the hot water heater in my vehicle. This was CUSTOMER SERVICE to the MAX. Something that most retailers don't offer and you can't put a price on. Great customer service is important to me and these store accociates delivered it to the ultimate level. Thank you so much!

The store associates were very helpful and friendly. I did not have to wait long at all. The employee was knowledgeable and helpful with the product I was inquiring about. They even helped me load the product into my car. The store was clean and organized.
