I visit Home Depot at least 3 to 4 times a week for my business, and I can always count on finding everything I need

Bought two replacement toilets and the staff couldn't have been better to work with. They answered all my questions and got me a $20 discount i didn't know I was entitled to.

I always find what I need. Associates can walk you thru any issues. Love it

Today, I visited the Boynton Beach store and was helped by one of the most helpful associate named Omar. He assisted me in finding the right lock, re-keyed ito match my existing key, and took the time to explain how to install the lock. When approached by other customers while he was helping me, he was able to redirect them to someone who could help them. Omar is an outstanding employee and Home Depot is fortunate to have such a wonderful employee on staff.

My husband and I needed to replace our ceiling fan in our living room, we went elsewhere and couldn't find a fan that had the option to use the light fixture or not. So we went to Lowes and had they had exactly what we were looking for and for a better price. This location is always clean and the associates always friendly.

Associates Tyrone and Elias were very helpful with the a/c unit that I purchased. They assisted us with trying to get the unit in my civic which wasn't big enough. So these young men tried every way to help us. They were friendly and very professional. We will drive the 20 minutes to go back to this store while we pass by the Lake Worth store which has no customer service to be proud of with our visit on 8/5/15.

I needed help getting a product off the very top shelf. An associate got a ladder and got just the one I wanted but also made me aware of other styles I might also be interested in. I actually did take his advise and got another model than what I was thinking of. It fit my use perfectly when I got it home and tried it in the space. I appreciated the time the associate took to help me find the product and then retrieve it from the shelf. Very nice man and he knew all about the product.

As always, the store was clean. All the aisles were clearly marked. The associates were pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. As a new homeowner we use this store all the time and would recommend it to others.

My shopping experiences with Home Depot have always been excellent. When I am in doubt about an what item I should purchase, there is always an associate available to ask and answer any questions . I find the store clean and in orderly fashion as much as can be expected at various times of the day. I have no problem locating items I am seeking, due to the well place markings as to what items are in what isle. As I shop frequently at Home Depot, I get to know most of the associates there and rely on there knowledge and help.

I needed some plants from the outdoor section and was greeted by a very helpful store associate. they showed me exactly where the plants I needed were located. I was happy to find exactly what I needed.

I had wonderful service today starting with Tim in your Inside Garden area, and with David in your Outside Garden area. I also had great service from your cashier - Crystal. She was very friendly and courteous.

If you need to purchase large kitchen appliances,...try Venette. She is an excellent associate.

we knew where these bags of stones were located in the garden shop and this made the trip very easy to get to

I needed help to get a product to be picked up at a later date so the person with the truck could pick it up. I don't like stores that charge for Quote's that is why I hired my own contractor. In the future Home Depot would do a better business. Most contractors give the price for free

Products are neately laid-out and easily accessible. The store is clean and information is readily available. However, getting someone to assist, especially in kitchen/bath is a continuous problem.

This store is not only right down the road from me but all associates and products that are available are perfect. It is sometimes hard to track down a sales associate for help but when found they are always helpful, friendly and bring the type of experience I want to have in a store. The store is always clean, has a lot of options and even if I am going for one product I feel excited to be in the store and feel inspired to create more projects! I love this Home Depot and love that it is MY Home Depot.

we found what we were looking for--upon entering the store we asked for a product and it was exactly where she told us--in the garden center we asked about plastic nails and were told it was in hardware--where were they located???? right back in the garden center--a areal wild goose chase!!!!

While getting a propane tank replacement, we were greeted and assisted in a timely fashion.

I needed some plumbing supplies and I went to Home Depot where I met Pete and Rev who were very smart and polite. They helped me find the parts I needed. The return staff at customer service was great to. Andrea and Angelita were awesome.

This store is located close to my house we use it often,I know where things are. I enter and leave though garden minimal wait the clerks are friendly and it is close to parking.

Purchasing glass fitters needed 3 only 5 in stock selections were broken or significantly discolored from the others. Only purchased 1 and had to go to the Lake Worth store to buy the other two

Needed paint. A lot of customers and only two associates. Waited a while and very unorganized as customers were coming at the associates at all angles. Not the associates fault and they did keep tabs on who was next. Associate was very knowledgeable about paint and types for walls, base boards.

While I was returning various items to customer service, the clerk was truly pleasant to speak with, helped with all of my issues, (I had multiple receipts). and it was completed quick and harmless.

I was looking to replace my washer and dryer. I did not need anything fancy, just something reliable and durable. I went to the Lowe's first, which is across the street from the Home Depot. I was there for 10 minutes looking at the washer and dryer's and not one person approached me to help. While at the Lowe's, I checked on the Home Depot website from my phone and found exactly the washer and dryer that I wanted. The brand didn't appear to be carried at Lowes. I traveled across the street to the Home Depot and as soon as I got to the appliance department someone approached to help. The sales associate Christopher was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He asked questions to determine my needs and gave me all the specifics on the washer and dryer that I wanted to purchase. I was extremely satisfied by the attention to service at Home Depot provided to me.
