Chuck Davis is one of the best Associates we have come across at Home Depot. He was there every time we needed him for questions and answers into building our Cabinetry design. He was very attentive to detail. We will be coming back to purchase and doing more remodeling through Home Depot.

I just can't shop anywhere else as Home Depot has the most knowledgeable and helpful people!! Their products are also far superior to other box stores. One-stop shopping for all my needs from the garden department to home remodeling.

No matter how busy these guys are, they always make sure you have everything you need so you don't have to make several trips. For all the single ladies who might want to do some projects go to the Pro Desk they are amazing helping no matter what the project. Can't thank them enough. Thanks Denise

Store is easy to navigate and the folks always seem to make sure we are finding what we need and aren't pushy if we are just browsing and always has a wide variety of items in stock.

Very Nice Place to Shop

This store always has exactly what i'm looking for. (even if I don't know exactly what to call what i'm looking for.)

1st class operation!

I got the wrong product on my first stop. I called and Dave told me exactly what I needed. He then called me right back and told me he would have what I needed at the return counter. I got there and Erica was expecting me and knew exactly what I needed and helped me with my exchange. This is a GREAT place to shop. So friendly. They made me feel so important. I'm a lifetime shopper at Branson Home Depot

Branson Home Depot is a huge store, I'm sure you can find what you need !!

Outstanding service from all the people there. I would highly recommend this store even if it may be out of the way! It'll be well worth the time and extra miles!! The material and the necessary items are always in stock and plenty of them!

Good location, quality people, however I purchased one of the new Ryobi electric lawn mowers which weighed in excess of 55 lbs. Check out clerk called for assistance in loading. No one ever showed up so I loaded myself which was a bit of a struggle.

From the nice gentlemen at the front door (always with a good attitude) to the checkout folks, a great greeting and helpful. The store is always spotless and right there to help you. They don't ask you if you need help and then disappear before you answer - they truly are there to help you. My family will certainly be back!

I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot. The two areas I really feel they excel for me are...(1) the Garden Center. I am a Master Gardener, and they offer plants and items that I cannot get at other stores. I also feel they excel at (2) ordering items that are not in the store. I often find an item that they offer online: I go to the store and they are always ready to order it for me and let me know when it arrives. It saves me freight, and I can get superior products that I need, like certain kinds of plant shears, or wire cutting tools that are better quality than is offered at other stores. Home Depot Rocks!

We like to go the Branson Home Depot, their team there has been helpful. Especially the older gentleman in electrical, sorry cannot remember his name, but he is always right on with his suggestions. Thanks!

Store was very clean--employees were very friendly--and helpful when I couldn't find a couple things. Would highly recommend this store!!

I recently shopped at this store for wood flooring. I was having a hard time deciding on the right style/shade of wood that would match up next to the existing floor. I wish I got the employees name (young man) as he was so attentive and took his time in selecting the best choices. He was busy & yet he stopped what he was doing & helped me. I appreciate the knowledge he had in wood flooring. I had looked at many stores, he was the first to really help me, and he found the perfect match. So often it seems stores are short handed & employees cant devote much time in customer assistance. So, I will definitely make this store my first "go-to".

I love this store because the employees are knowledgeable in their departments and always willing to help and assist with the products you are seeking to purchase. There are several employees at this store that have gone over and beyond to help me with my purchases.

Nice store with helpful and employees that know the store and there is always someone that has knowledge of what I'm working on. They take the time to provide information and share their know how.

The employees we dealt with were pleasant helpful and we enjoyed a great experience. A special thanks to Richard in lumber and Anna our lumber cashier.

I find the associates at the Branson store well trained and they offer friendly assistance if needed. The store is well stocked ,clean and products are easy to find.

Associates in the flooring department were very helpful and assisted us in finding the 96 inch curtain rod that works beautifully!

Store clerks are friendly and very well informed about the store's products. I couldn't ask for better service. They went above and beyond in helping me find what I needed, and even assisted with loading heavy purchases into the truck of my car.

This was the best weekend crew of employees I've ever seen in Home Depot or ANY home improvement store. Many gold stars to Employees Sharon & Adrienne in Flooring, Rob in Appliances, Ted in Paint and Jonnie at Customer Service! GREAT BUNCH OF FOLKS!
