This store is my go to store. I shop here because the folks here are friendly and work hard to make sure that you are satisfied. With every business, there will be bumps along the way when trying to provide a seamless experience. If and when you communicate those issues, it is what happens next that is a factor on your return to that particular store. This store also participates in volunteer activities as well as donations to 501C companies. Most of what they do as a responsible community member goes unnoticed, but I have asked for help and donations for certain veteran activities in the community and was taken care of promptly and professionally. They are vested in this community.

If you are shoppong for appliances and want education regarding each system and the benefits they offer. Go visit and ask for Kathy or Bruce in the Appliance Department. the experience will be educational- uplifting and so positive. Kathy and Bruce are warm and friendly and it makes a difference. You know they care by the way they treat you when you are in the department shopping or just saying hello. First Class People helping you when you are at the Home Depot shopping for appliances.

I called about a product and the employee was so helpful and I was able to purchase over the phone and have it ready for pick up in the afternoon.

I purchased flooring from here and the service was outstanding. George helped put it on the cart and he went above and beyond to help us. He was very friendly. All employees were very friendly.

Knowledgeable and approachable staff who check on you to make sure you get what you need. Prices are fair and inventory usually in stock, but it is the consistently great customer service and dependable staff that make this Branson Home Depot a winner!

Cheryl provided amazing customer service as we were checking out! I had just received my first ProXtra perk of a $25 coupon and she quickly helped me find it on my app, scan it in at the self checkout and made sure my transaction went super smoothly!! We asked her about the Primo Water exchange program in this store and she explained it easily, We felt valued and respected by Cheryl! Great job!!

Shaylee and Phil both greeted me at the door and helped me immediately with my needs. I then was asked again from another employee in the store while I was shopping if I needed help locating an item. The customer service here is outstanding and highly recommend shopping here.

I bought my husband a Ryobi pole trimmer but had no idea exactly what I needed as there were two similar products. Missy in the contractors' section accompanied me back to outdoor tools and Mike in that section listened to what I needed and immediately pulled it out for me. Missy even checked me out and carried the awkward box to my car! Great job!

I purchased Rustoleum Floor Coating. I was told by employee that I could not get it mixed to my custom color (it says right in the brochure that it could be). I contacted Rustoleum Corp (after the fact)and was told that it COULD be tinted to a custom color. Either employee didn’t know how - or just didn’t want to do it??

Went to HomeDepot and as usual no employees to be found. Everyone we did see turned the corner or around before we could ask them a question. No biggie, use to it anyways. So to the back where the hot water heaters were and of course there was two employees with a full cart discussing store organization tactics but never looked or moved cart out of the way of exactly where we wanted be. We had to move it for them and do the research where the correct item was and get it down and loaded up. Then went to front which is self checkout and tried asking about our tax I d number for exempt but was told to take it up at desk on other end? Ok thanks for nothing. Anyways we got the Remme 40 gallon with the 9 year warranty for 519.00 + the hideous tax of 52 bucks, which in process of refund or gift card. But Hope it all does well

Couldn't find some landscaping products I needed and walked me directly to what I asked for. Great smile and very friendly.
