I had to suffer the consequences of purchasing another washer.
I bought a Samsung washer in August 31, 2022, due to their 48 hrs return policy they did not help with the washer that was creating holes in my clothes after Samsung refuse to help with this issue because the tech that inspect it twice said nothing could be concluded at the visits. Samsung wanted to charge me for the tech visit. This was in December 3 months and already ruined my clothes. Home Depot should stop selling Samsung appliances. Home Depot should back up what they sell when the manufacturer wont. Samsung has the worst customer service and half the time you can't understand the customer service representatives. Very frustrating.

    Excellent over and beyond help!
    Traveled 35 min to this HD for a specific Halloween piece. 3 younger male employees went above and beyond with looking for what I wanted, had to get extra help to pull it from overhead shelves. Loaded it in my cart. All HD helpers were very polite to me and just made my entire year!!!

      Rigid pro box
      I visited this location for a rigid pro mini box. There was none on the sales floor or shelves but Sunny was kind enough to check overhead and provided us with one rather quickly! 10/10

          I cannot say enought great things about John in Appliances I was blown away with his knowledge of all of the dishwashers He was able to answer every single question I had and help me decide on the best fit You are very lucky to have someone like him It is so very rare to have an experience like this!

                Terrible experience
                Bought 2 dishwashers with installation. When they were delivered they said they couldn’t install them. They then returned them but it took weeks before I received a credit. Home Depot uses an outside company for an install. There’s are very unprofessional installers. I was actually afraid at first to let them in my house. Very frustrating experience!!

                          I’m a contractor and I Buy stuff from Home Depot every week. Your return policies have gotten to the point where I will no longer shop there if I can go anywhere else.

                                  Home Depot is by go to place for all things about the home. All of my staff interactions with Home Depot have been excellent. I’m an older guy so when somebody offers to help load my car or teach me how to use equipment properly, it is so much appreciated

                                    Sadly I really don’t think Home Depot cares
                                    I called HD Coolsprings TN location on 2/9/25 at 4p. After being on hold for hardware for 5 mins to save time I got in my car to head to HD. Never hanging up, on my cell phone, I arrived at HD, parked, walked inside, store was empty. I walked down the hardware aisle (still phone to ear holding) an employee walked by me never offering to help find anything. After 22 mins I just hung up. True Story

                                      I came in to buy 3 2 packs of Milwaukee M12 5ah batteries. I can’t buy them online and have them shipped to the store, they have to be purchased in store. They are on aisle HL, Bin 002, there are 6 in stock. Perfect. First employee I asked for a location asked me, “Where’s That?” I dunno, that’s a great question that’s why I asked you. Second employee didn’t know, she just stocks returns. I gave up and went to the checkout to pay for my pliers and the lady at the checkout asked me if I found everything. I told her know, shared what I was looking for. She wondered off to ask someone and by this time I had to get back to work. I came in desperately needed to spend 360 dollars, still have my money.

                                          Misty who claimed she was a store manager at the Brentwood location gave me a really nasty attitude. She wouldn’t let me explain why I didn’t have the receipt to the item I was trying to return. I’m not sure who put that nasty woman in charge but they need to be fired. I also spoke with a manager named Max and he was of no help. Misty thought I was some Mexican who was trying to steal. She had a terrible attitude and I will never shop at this location again. The cashier was slow really rude and I forget what her name was but she didn’t know what was even going on.

                                            Store mode in the app is a time saver
                                            Store is clean and fine, but I’ve not come to expect friendly, outgoing service from HD employees over the past 30 years. Even the teenage cashiers seem disinterested in customers and going back to their own conversations once they’ve helped you check out. Since I couldn’t find anyone to help me find what I needed, I thought of opening the HD app because that shows where things are located in the store. To my surprise, the app knew I was in the store and asked if I wanted to use Store Mode, to which I agreed. There, I typed in what I was looking for, and the first thing it shows you right from the search bar, is where the item is located. Found what I needed quickly and got out of there.

                                              I love DEWALT and like shopping for DEWALT at Home Depot. However, don’t trust Flexvolt batteries are in the box (always open box at cash register with employee watching) and Home Depot inventory system is total garbage. Don’t trust what the app says is what is in stock. Also, stores will cancel your orders without reason leaving you hanging. Other than these gripes, I do like Home Depot.

                                                  After trying to buy this with my new credit card online, I finally went to this. Home Depot and I have never been treated so well in customer service in any place. They were happy to do what I asked. They had their grill that I needed. I bought the cover and it was delivered the very next day. What more could you ask?

                                                      Excellent Experience.
                                                      Upon my arrival, I immediately noticed how clean the store was. I was greeted by several employees that were looking to help. Not only did they help, but they also walked me to the products I was looking for. My company purchases several products Home Depot carries, and I will drive out of my way to make sure I go back to this store or whatever store this manager is in charge of. Well done!

                                                        No Returns on Scotts Grass Seed.
                                                        I purchased at least 8 bags of Scotts Grass Seed because it was heavily marked down. The bags were about 32 Pounds each. I think they were basically Half Price. I put the Seed on several yards and under different conditions. NONE of the Seed germinated. My Water Bills were above $200per month. I wasted 6 bags and finally returned the 2 that were unopened. Because I did not keep the Receipt, Home Depot only gave me back $14.40 per bag. I still like the Store and will be there at least once a week, but this was disappointing.

                                                            I am in this store most every day. So maybe I just know these people more than in other stores. But the cashiers, Davar, John, Sonya, Lydia, and Grace, and Christina Jones at the Pro Desk who always remembers my name are all awesome.
