very happy with the help we received at the paint desk. Joel helped my girls find the right color for their room. He was very friendly and funny. " It was like magic" for them as he mixed the color.

It's a store full of construction material and contractors.....It isn't that clean, and I don't expect it to be. It's the associates that make this store. The people over at the Pro Desk are top of the line people and always go way above expectations to help! I find if I have free time and need a smile, I head over to this store right away!

While, I often make purchases at Home Depot, I don't like spending alot of time searching the aisles. The Bridgewater store is great. Even the greeter was helpful. I was directed to aisle 32 and met Skip Snyder who provided all the help in selection that I needed. The purchase was quickly detailed, loaded and we were on our way. I really appreciate having helpful associates to direct and assist with the professional selection of appliances. Thanks again.

Once again Joel has recommended a product I was not familiar with and once again he was right. It made my job easier and I had better results. Over time I have come to trust him 100% regarding product suggestions. Some time ago he convinced me to try Behr Marquee paint. I had always SWORE by Ben Moore so to get me to even consider trying another paint was not easy. Over the course of several visits to the paint dept for everything BUT paint I got to trusting Joel and gave the Marquee a shot. I have been using it ever since. The switch from Ben Moore to Behr has saved me time and as a result money as well. Before I could trust Behr I had to trust Joel and he made that happen. Thanks again Joel!

Excellwnt expirience yesterday when i went to the store with plan to build a back drop with pipes for my baby shower. The store ssociate ( Sherry ) was very helpfull she ask me as soon as i got there if i needed help , which i did she found everything for me cut every piece and even build the back drop at the store so i was sure that was what i had in mind. She was friendly and she knew what she was doing even recomending me ways to save on some of the pieces and even though she didint build a back drop before she did it fast and gave me some ideas on how to build it strong so it doesnt fall at the party

The Store associate went on and beyond the scope of his job to assist me and my family. The store associate that I interacted with was very friendly, easy to speak to and attentive. He was able to recognize that i needed assistance before i even asked for it. he knew the location of all the items i required and was able to educate me about some of the intricacies of the job i was preparing to do.

Returning unused Belt Sander replacement sanding strips was hassle free

Directed to purchase Rigid Belt Sander which allowed me to smoothen and plane wood transitions.

I always get a lot of technical advice on DIY problems, this time on the particular type of stain and dye to use on wood laminate to tile transition pieces.

I highly recommend your store to everyone. Even though the promenade store is closer to me I make it a point to visit store 0962. I really appreciate the front-desk and even the managers help every single time I have an issue. I also really appreciate the appliance managers in appliances help. I tell everyone that I get it at store 0962. I also use the online ordering for pickup in your store and honestly the store deserves an award. Keep doing what you guys do. Awesome customer service and every store should be striving to do what you do. You guys are awesome.

I typically must go all over the store to complete my list; this is a quiet, friendly & easy branch.

Not a single store associate to be found in the the lumber dept. Waited 25 minutes to have someone finally arrive to cut lumber. This was after having an associate paged who never arrived. Finally got someone passing through to assist me. Aisles were an absolute mess.

Store a bit dark. Needs more lighting, especially in back of store. Not always easy to find help especially with LPG tanks. Wait too long.

Went here to buy shelving, tiles and flooring for my basement project. Once we found an associate to help us they were most helpful in walking us through the options and helping us making selections
