This is a great store. Almost always has what I need.

Store was clean and customer service/cashier personnel were customer-focused.

The help received from several departments was prompt and courteous.

Home renovation is stressful but HM does everything they can to reduce it. They definitely never add to the stress.

Store did not have accessories for the item, I wanted to purchase. Therefore, I bought a more expensive one that I do not like and will return it to the Monmouth Junction Store. this is not my first bad experience at Bridgewater.

Not happy simply because I route myself according to the store route, so I stop in for materials and not only the product wasn't in stock I had to rumble through whatever was there. So that was time wasted, then I go grab a faucet, well you had the faucet except that they were all opened, I did not bother after that I just ran out the store upset. Time wasted.

I was helped by Vince of Tools for Rent for fixing my nail gun((Porter). Also Kevin of the same dept was very knowledgable of the Home Depot Customer Service campaign

The store layout is very organized and the isles are wide enough for people to get through. It is also labeled well to find what you are looking for. if not, a customer service rep can always be found.

Easily found what I was looking for. Customer service was excellent.

I ordered my products online and they were ready for pickup at my assigned time, which was 4 hours later. I received E-mail confirmation that my order was ready. I went to the store and the associate got my order and printed a receipt. The whole in store process was less than 5 minutes.

The Store is well-laid out. Items are easy to locate. Prices are pretty fair. Store Associate, Shirley, was most helpful and very well-i9nformed, and we were able to find products quickly, with her help. Many thanks!

Large selection of products, especially in the garden section. They have everything you need for your outdoor maintenance.

I was shopping in multiple departments and all staff were very friendly and helpful.

First, I wanted to buy a security chain for my entry door but I couldn't find the finish (satin nickel) I want, it was out of order. Then I went to power tool department to buy a sander. But there was no one there to ask for help, I bough one on my own. Then I headed to the electrical aisle to buy a few dimmers, trying to find an associate to help me and found on one, I stayed there for a good 15 minutes, still no one showed up, but I still bough 3 Lutron dimmers myself. Then I headed to doors & windows, hoping I can find some window blinds, but the associate was helping another customer, it took forever, I looked around and didn't find anything I liked, though I know Home Depot must have some other option on customized window blinds that I can probably get them only if I can talk with an associate, but, after another 15 minutes there, I left, and I went to pay for the dimmers, a 12" round light bulb, and a power sander. it wasn't a very pleasant visit to Home Depot on this particular trip.

Tried to purchase some vanity lights, basic type. Shelf was empty, asked for assistance and associate looked at the box and said they had no more. Went to customer service and they said they had 19 in stock. When I told her the floor associate said they had no more in stock she told me the computer isn't always accurate. Also tried to find dark aluminum screen for the porch, none to be found. Again, figured basic type of stuff. I went to a nearby competitor and found what I was looking for right away. This is the second experience of this type at this location, last time the store manager contacted me and apologized and offered a discount next time I came in. I didn't even bother leaving my name this time as they don't learn from previous mistakes.

I can't give enough praise to the exceptional caliber and knowledge of the associates at Home Depot in Bridgewater. Both our kitchen and bathroom remodel surpassed my expectations thanks to invaluable input from the sales personnel. The quality of the products used as well as the design exceeded my expectations. They considered the boundaries of my budget and ensured that I received the best products to utilize in both rooms, considering usage of the space (ie: granite countertop vs. marble). I have received many compliments on my kitchen and powder room from family and guests! I can purchase home improvement products at a multitude of stores, but choose Home Depot because of their excellent customer service and product quality. Please keep up the great work!

Normally a good Store for all items of DIY & Gardening. Just yesterday the Cash Desks & Pay yourself Desks were so slow. Only one Female Staff person was working a Cash Desk. Lines were building up. Friday afternoon at 5pm they should have more Staff.

As a home remodeler I am at Home Depot almost everyday purchasing supplies and materials for our various jobs. The Pro-Desk Department here is the best! Russ, JB, Will, Charles and Ebony are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They make those early morning purchases enjoyable! There are many jobs that my company has done that were closer to a different Home Depot. I have driven the distance or waited until the next day to go to MY Home Depot. The Pro-Desk Staff here is absolutely the BEST! I always recommend that my customer come here and see the great people at the Pro-Desk!

as INDICATED EARLIER IN SURVEY THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON IN YOUR STORE IS THE LAST ONE YOU SEE - THE CASHIER. ADDITIONALLY, THE GOOD CHARACTER OF YOUR SALES ASSOCIATE AND TRAINING/TRAINING/TRAINING ! YOUR "TRAINERS" MUST REFLECT THIS AS WELL. THEY MUST BUY INTO THE HOME DEPOT CREDO.

I did not have any problems to report. I did have difficulty finding an associate to help

I make many of my home improvement purchases at this HD and during this visit I purchased flooring for new room. Gina and Kathy were extremely helpful and they made this transaction very easy.
