I go the extra few miles to come to this store instead of the one closest to my house They are so helpful and friendly here. I have never been disappointed!!!

Went into the store and asked 4 employees about a ASH VACUUMS and they all said there were none in the store when before I drove there online said there were 18 in stock. A customer in the store had to tell me where the vacuum was and I went to the aisle and there it was. Employees need to know what is in the store versus a nice gentleman and his young baby daughter telling me. Won't be back there anytime soon.

We have shopped at this store fairly often since it opened. The store presentation and the employees are very good. The problem I had with the visit today was that the advertised sale price of one of the items I bought was not shown at check out, which showed the original, non-sale price. The difference in this product was $5.55, and I bought 4. Customers obviously should not have to watch the check out register (not self-service) as it is being operated by an employee. If I had found the discrepancy when I reviewed the receipt at a later time, I might have seen the discrepancy, but I may not have looked for several days and then forgotten about the sale price. This issue is a violation of consumer protection laws, but the biggest problem is that the check out registers won't be trusted going forward. That is a major inconvenience.

Tremendous customer service. Adam went above and beyond helping me with the purchase of a new A/C unit. Hands down, the best home improvement store in our area. I have had nothing but great experiences in the last 8 years of living in this community and shopping here. Will not shop anywhere else.

The store has experienced sales staff that know their products (or they will find somebody who does). The store is always neat, clean and well-stocked. There is plenty of parking and the store is located right off Route 24 on Route 104 in Bridgewater.

I live near this Home Depot and usually have a happy face greeting me. The prices are fair. Anytime I needed to talk to Customer Service, they have been extremely helpful.

Garden center was crowded lines were long. Cashier was struggling. Maybe a new person anyway. When Jan took over we moved through quickly. Problem solved. Always look for her in the store. Knowledgeable pleasant and friendly

Jan came to my rescue after much frustration I had being sent in wrong directions for item. Very smart woman knows the products.

No one available in electrical dept. at night. I had a difficult time finding an item. A cashier came to help me. Jan went above and beyond to help me and got the job done.

Had to return several items and they were not going through. Cashier Lisa was having difficulty. Called for help from Jan and the problem was quickly solved. These two worked together to fix the issue and I was on my way. Jan apologized for the wait. Both very pleasant and accommodating. Anywhere else would have been a nightmare wait. But not here. I frequent Home Depot often and Andrew was by far the most friendly; attentive; and quick cashier I have encountered at the Bridgewater Home Depot. I understand he is new to the location and I look forward to coming back because of him. Excellent job!

Nice store but the employees send you all over the place looking for items because they don' t know where they items are.

All employees are very knowledgeable and friendly and that's why I keep coming back.

Stayed late due to an issue with my HD CC. The card had to be verified. I didn't have my phone, my wife's died, etc Michelle T, Debbie, Katie Gannon, and Jim scrambled to get us a charger etc. The whole time there was not one complaint or the slightest hint of frustration. The transaction was finalized and I feel like I have 4 friends that work at my Home Depot. This is the second time in 6 months I have been WOWED. Every associate explained Michelle Mohney's (store Manager) vision of great customer service.

This store has great employees and people that know what they are talking about, This store will be our go to place. Great dealing with people.

The store is clean thou sometimes the isles are tough to maneuver with all the sale items. Why are the self checkouts not working? The strong point of this store are a number of the employees, Mary in outdoor, Scott in electrical, Bob in flooring, and Harvey, I'm not sure what department he's in but he's always very helpful either in finding a product or another employee to give guidance.

Questions were answered and I was taken directly to the supplies I was looking for.

I had a wonderful experience at this store when I purchased my sliding glass doors and screens. The store associate was patient, knowledgeable and kind. I will be back again!

Steve in appliances was amazing and should get a high five or something because it was truly amazing buying from him. April and Dede up front also made this transaction smooth.
