The young lady was very helpful in finding product that was moved to another spot

I was looking for some steps to put in my flower beds and found a good variety of them from which to choose.

I went to H.D. this past weekend and was very pleased. I called the store before I went to make sure that they had a particular product in stock. The lady I spoke with took the time to check out a couple of different items and then had the 5 gallons of paint pulled from the shelf and waiting for me when I got there. I had additional questions when I got there and she was more than happy to assist. After her, I spoke with another lady, the cashier working the D.I.Y. register. She scanned all my items to see how much it was then called for help for me in the tools section. I spoke with a guy who helped me pick out/figure out what item was best. All in all, I had a good experience this time.

This store is close to my home so I dont have to drive far and we can always get what we need without fighting lots of traffic.

Store was clean, associates were helpful, department manager was very helpful and knowledgeable

As I enter the store the first thing I do is to get one of the associates to guide me to where I need to go to get my item.

The associates were very friendly. Took time to answer my questions and give me the guidence I needed.

THE SALES PEOPLE ARE VERY SWEET AND HELPFUL JUST NOT ENOUGH OF THEM. BUT VERY SWEET GUYS AND VERY PATIENT!

I was on a treck for pool chemicals due to a lot of rain. I knew it would be in the lawn and garden section but there was no signage. I asked the cashier and she was able to walk me right to those products. She conversed in a friendly manner on the way. She asked if I needed anything else. She then promptly checked me out. This was the best service I have ever had at a Home Depot.

Everything I needed was easily accessible ,eazy to find and check out was quick.

Needed help finding a product. The labeling of the product made it hard to locate. Thankfully the associates were there to help. Asked him where it may be and he walked us straight to it without hesitation. Outstanding knowledge of store and stock location.

Thank you for having a variety of keys. It helps a lot keeping the house organized when each person has their own personalized special themed key.

Garden Center is well stocked and lots of easy selections

From indoor updates to outdoor projects, the HD Team has assisted us in every way possible. Floors, paint, insulation, tools, landscaping, sprinkler system, lawn equipment and an outdoor pavilion all made easy with the help of this Home Depot store!

The store was very clean and materials that I needed were well labeled and easy to find in the isles.

I usually shop at other home improvement stores but stop in at Home Depot and found everything I needed in one stop. No hassle and ease of finding what I needed in a hurry will keep me going here from now on.

The cashier Rebecca was very courteous and helpful. The store has really good people who take care their customers better than other store I shop.

Needed some replacement line for my electric weed trimmer. Not only was it easy to find, it was in plentiful supply. Very happy with this visit to Home Depot.

Upon entering the store my wife and I were greeted by a gentleman with a shopping cart and he said it was freshly wiped and ready to go.....I had brought one in from the first entrance and told him thanks anyway. We went to the paint dept. and were looking for exterior wood sealant with a stain and texture in it with the color we wanted. The LADY in the paint dept. picked the paint, brushes and other items we needed (she mixed the paint) she was very very knowledgeable at what she was doing. At checkout the young LADY had a smile on her face and spoke to us like we were valued PEOPLE (customers) !!! We Will Be Back @ That Store Soon !!!

This particular location of Home Depot is the friendliest one in the area. I never have trouble finding what I want, and it is always easy to find someone ready to help me find things. If the store does not carry a specific item, they will recommend other stores which do carry the item. I shop at this location often, as a first choice to find hardware, lumber, and woodworking tools.

Store is clean and has a great layout, staff is friendly.

If I have a cart full of items, I refuse to self checkout. This store is terrible for the lack of employees at the main registers. 95% of the time I visit this store, I have to check out in the lumber department so I can deal with an actual associate.
