CLEAN STORE EASY TO FIND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND GOT HELP RIGHT AWAY

As always, HD in Brunswick has what I generally need to do my home repairs from tiling to roofing to whatever. Prices are decent and competitive. Location is great and if they don't have it here, then a host of others are close enough to make a run to pick up whatever. I especially appreciate the tiling associate who had vast experience that helped me do my first 3 projects successfully (back splash, floor, and shower walls). Paint people are also very helpful.

Associates always helpful. Enjoy browsing the aisles; there are so many interesting products. Pleased with the range of prices on products, and the information displayed to help compare one against another (I purchased a hedge trimmer). I can spend hours browsing, brainstorming projects.

This is the store I go to whenever I am doing any work in my home whether it is in the back yard or in the house. Employees are helpful and pleasant.

Brunswick Ohio Store is very clean, friendly and inviting. I found the product online, walked into the store and was back home using the product within 30 minutes.

Only complaint was that the light buld did not work when I brought it home. Overall experience was good.

The Employees are always friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable.

As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted with smiles and offers of assistance, Really impressed with the customer service. Found everything I needed and ended with great service at the checkout. Great cashier. Real keeper.

Overall Atmosphere was wonderful, it was worth the drive :-)

Associates readily available to help. All knowledgeable. All associeates very friendly if they dont know they find somebody that does. Most of the time unlike other stores they just dont tell you where something is they take you to it, this makes this store special in my book

I know when we go to the Home Depot it means we are either buying flowers or updating the house. It is always fun to pick out paint colors or a new shrub. My husband is always busy looking at tools and I run off to lighting department or paint looking for ideas to make our house more of a home :)

Popped in with "I Need This" list and within 15 minutes was using the self-check out.

Kudos to 12-year employee Bob in Plumbing Department...quite friendly and customer-oriented associate. Very knowledgeable on my issue, told me exactly what I needed. Even did an upsell to me... Steve

I used he service desk to answer my questions on location of two products. I received prompt answers and was able to find my products. The cashier @ checkout acknowledged my military service
