I felt the store had the most refrigerator styles and models. I shopped 4 other stores that carried appliances and found my local Home Depot had the best selection and the best price. I couldn’t believe the refrigerator I selected had a great SALE price with the accessories I wanted.

Consistently this location has provided excellent customer service since it opened a few years ago. Questions are answered to our satisfaction , and employees have gone out of their way to be helpful.

Gentleman on phone was so helpful in finding me a microwave and put at courtesy desk for me to pick up.

I bought rods for a dog crate and Hawk helped me. Wow! I’ve never had such great customer service! Excellent

Working on a project. I brought in broken piece. Employee politely suggested substitute materials which worked wonderfully. Took me to the exact place in store and measured for me. Very Happy!

Reese checked me out and made sure I found everything I needed and was very polite

need wire? Don't buy here. They'll follow you around and I will not be back. After I return my purchase. I bought what I needed elsewhere for LESS and was not treated like a criminal. I will relay my experience to others so they will not have to endure the humiliation I did. Even the cashier was sympathetic and said no one likes working for HD anymore and understood if I never shopped there again. If I had stock in HD , I'd sell it fast.

Going to homedepot in Brunswick, Ohio is always the best for one stop shopping. Getting the stuff to make my projects easier and more affordable are a huge plus in today's economy. I get more bang for my buck. Thanks homedepot

Mike, one of the assistant store managers went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out with an issue I had with Frigidaire. He was extremely professional and did whatever it took in order to get the job done. I am extremely grateful for professionals like Mike.

Found the product exactly that I was looking for in just a matter of a few minutes.

I went to the garden department clueless as to how and plant curtain items. This young gentleman named, Dom put everything down and came over and asked if he could help me. By the time I left I felt 100% sure I could do this. He was so so helpful and respectful and also shared his experience gardening with his father. I could tell he was very close to his dad. He shared, dad taught me all I know, with a truly happy face! I will return and ask for him and his help. Homedepot, I hope you realize you have a gem working for you

Was in the Brunswick store to do dome price adjustments and had to deal with Eric, one of the managers. He needs training in customer service. Arrogance seems to be his choice of customer service. Extremely disappointed!
