I recently went in this store with my 2 year old daughter to buy a christmas tree. All of the employees were very nice and attentive! The young man who helped me retrieve the christmas tree box was very nice as well, even though I wanted the box in the middle of the stack! Definitely my favorite Home Depot store for it's service!

I had a fantastic experience shopping for kitchen backsplash tile at Home Depot, thanks to the incredible help from Kashaun and Don. Henry the Sales Associate in Appliances was very knowledgeable and helped me with all the information I needed to buy a Samsung Refrigerator. He went above and beyond to help me. I have been shopping for over a week trying to find this particular refrigerator that most stores do not have. Henry was able to order and will have delivered by the end of August most stores could not even do that for me. Thank you Henry for making it so much easier for me.

We bought a Weber propane gas grill, had it assembled and delivered. After some assembly issues and damage in delivery, a new grill was delivered. We appreciate James, the manager, who worked with us to resolve these issues and we are happy with our new grill. Home Depot always takes care of their customers! Thank you!

Store manager Kia was able to resolve my issue that the closer to me Home Depot wouldn't. She surely thinks outside the box and has the customers best interest in mind.

My wife and I went into Home Depot on Memorial Day just looking for a refrigerator, but we walked out with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave — all thanks to the incredible service from Vivian. At first, we felt a little overwhelmed by all the options, but Vivian immediately made the process easier. She took the time to educate us on all the refrigerator brands, answer our questions patiently, and guide us based on what we actually needed. When we shifted our attention to stoves, she didn’t miss a beat — her product knowledge was impressive, and she helped us compare features we hadn’t even considered. Vivian also let us know about the Memorial Day sale, showing us how much we could save based on our purchase amount. That transparency was really appreciated. As we were about to wrap up, we mentioned needing a microwave, and once again, Vivian patiently walked us through the different models and benefits. She never rushed us. She never pressured us. Just genuine, kind, professional service. We’re especially grateful to Vivian for not only being exceptional at her job, but also for being a proud military mom. Thank you, Vivian, and thank your son for his service in the U.S. Navy. Home Depot is lucky to have someone like you on their team.

love shopping at home depot but only certified service animals should be allowed. tired of dodging dogs.

When I exit your store it would be nice to place my cart to the left. If all of the empty carts were between the entrance and exit doors, entering customers could grab a cart on their left and exiting folks could leave their cart to their left. All of your carts could slowly migrate from the exit door toward the entrance as needed. If they were close to the building you would still have an area for your seasonal merchandising like lawn tractors or lawn furniture.

Mr James Brown, a true professional, knows his stuff, explained all I needed to know in order to make my decision. Wrapped up my purchase which actually helped me slide it through the doorway without damaging it, also the crew loading and securing my purchase did a fantastic job, had a safe drive home, felt at ease doing so, a total satisfaction all around. The Home Depot website was actually correct and the kitchen torch was actually on isle 49! And the cherry on top, was an employee greeted me and pointed me in the right direction! Yippee for UX and CX!

We had a great experience purchasing a refrigerator and a washer and dryer set at Home Depot. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, making sure we found the perfect appliances for our needs. I had HD take measurements for an oven and dishwasher. Waited three days.. the measurements were in the system. Ordered a dishwasher and oven. Haul off and install. The delivery guy said he could only install the dishwasher.. not trained on ovens. I called HD. A child named Kim wanted to blame everything on me. I said we need to fix this and quit blaming anyone. She said this was not going well and I should speak to a manager. Long story short..they had cancelled the measurements in the system and needed to remeasure (Why?!).. They also said.. "You bought a dishwasher?".. Geez.. When an installer came.. he said they ordered the wrong oven size.. I have an oven that does not fit and am waiting for resolution.. I will offer my advice on business process.

I bought an tool chest at one store. When I went to pick it up, they no longer had any in stock. The customer service quickly reached out to the closest store with inventory and made arrangements to pick it up there.

The first one i used and it was smoking unbelievably. Yes i know it's a smoker and it's suppose to smoke but that wasn't normal smoke it was very nasty smelling heavy white smoke. Well to make a long story short i had a friend look at the smoker and he told me that they didn't take the plastic from the inside of it off and that was what was burning. Well Home Depot was really good about taking it back and letting me get another one. I believe that this one is put together right because i didn't see any plastic from the areas that i could see. I do pray for the best because i am going to start smoking some meats very soon.

Products always in stock, aisles are clear and easy to navigate. And you can easily find someone to help—if you need it!

I replaced a toilet 3yrs ago and a leak developed. little did I know the toilet was a 10" rough in and I bought a 12" rough in. A plumber came out and told me it was a flange problem and charged me 285. I purchased a 10 " rough in and swapped toilet out for the 12" and fixed the leak.

Amazing the difference in nearby stores. Had similar order 2 days earlier at Gainesville and there is hardly sufficient space to tell you about the problems I encountered. The Hamilton Mills store is clearly the better choice if you have an option - clean, organized, good customer service. Yep - clearly a better choice.

The store is always well stocked and relatively clean. Always able to find what I’m looking for.

This store is the cleanest Home Depot I’ve ever seen. It was so easy to maneuver throughout the aisles. The management is also very kind and really cares about customers.

We got a new faucet and needed help with getting a new shut off valve. Matthew was VERY helpful and even gave us a demo.

Everything I need is usually readily need is available and I don’t have to run all over creation to find it plus they provide a discount for us veterans which helps a great deal in todays tuff times!

Front associates Briana and Nancy were horrible, and when I asked to speak with a manager, they don't know where the manager is, I asked for the store manager and was told they don't know where she is. I had to let Briana know that I am not leaving without speaking to the manager. I then went over to customer service to ask another employee to call the manager and thats when Eric came. He was very nice and tried his best to help. However you can't have associates treating customers as if their not valued or wanted at the store. Why was it so difficult to get a manager to speak with me. I wouldn't have to endure so much disrespect from Briana especially, and Nancy if a manager was made available to me when I asked for one.

Very professional and extremely helpful. Friendly and knowledgeable and took care of exactly what I needed.
