The store was very clean & the Associates were ALL willing to help & friendly. I was especially pleased with the service at the checkout desk; Sanjay was extremely nice and very accommodating. It was a pleasure shopping at HD today.

Carlos who worked on 2/8/2016 was amazing. He stayed late (was supposed to leave at 6 but I was in the store until after 9) to help a near hysterical person (me) replace a door. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He really went above and beyond and should be recognized for his outstanding customer service and knowledge. He made such a bad experience so much better. Thank you, Carlos!

Friendly and Helpful store clerks and floor person. Was in and out of store in minutes with product I required. Will shop here again.

This is my favorite place in the world not only do I come here everyday to get my work materials, this is store is like going to visit family always fun. The staff is very friendly honestly if anybody says different they must have a stick up there a**. The people here are the best the manger does an exceptional job running this store. He's always at the floor greeting people and helping out the front line is the best jade yolainy violet Ralph and all the pro loaders all give there best

The self checkout counter is supposed to provide quick service and convenience. Not at this location at the time I went. The machine wouldn't accept my coupons. The associate took way TOO long to see that I had a problem, and then to make matters worse, her attitude was everything short of friendly and helpful. She did not know how to process coupons, took too long to figure that out and then, directed me to a live person at a cashier, where I had to wait a considerable amount of time. Why bother providing self-checkout if it doesn't work.

This store is very clean and well kept unlike the Home depot on northern boulevard. There always seems to be enough product on the shelf and the associates are more than willing to help. Check out is usually fast and so is returns.

The store associate hammered with questions all day from people needing hand holding, they do well to kindly address event and simplest questions even while busy. The staff has always been quick and helpful during my visits.

By far the best Home Depot I have gone too. Very close to my house and a big parking lot. The store was clean and very customer-friendly. My check out experience was great. Willie processed my transaction quickly and very professionally and offered a great amount of customer service. He's a great employee and made my visit to this Home Depot nice and smooth. The Home Depot store in East Elmhurst NY is a great place for all my remodeling needs. The store has great selections in all departments and the store associates are the best. They are knowledgable, friendly and very helpful. I enjoy coming to this store.
