i enjoy going there even if i don't buy anything. i like it that i can take my little dog and put him in the buggy . every body wants to pet him.also i like the layout of the store it makes it easier to find what you are looking for.i usually buy something every month.

Love the fact that nearly all employees offered to help as i was walking the aisle. At your competition sometimes it seems the employees run away because they don't want to get involved in your questions or project. Also great that we can check out in each department, and not wait in the front lines.

I really enjoy going to this store. So far I have not had a problem finding what I need. I usually use my app from my phone and Im good to go. I gave 4 stars because the employee's at the front are not as friendly and willing to help as the ones in there area if you do happen to have question. The store has been clean on my visits, and I've been able to check out quickly.

Good store with nice people. Associates helpful. I especially like the gentleman to whom I am always referred when I have questions on electrical stuff which I always find a little intimidating. He's very friendly and informative and is always knowledgeable and friendly.

Traveling from Maryland to North Carolina to visit relatives, we stopped at this Home Depot to pick up a couple of gifts. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the store was clean and well laid out. I wish this store were local so I could shop there all the time!

This is my favorite neighborhood improvement store. I'm always greeted by several employees as I wander the aisles and if I need assistance they are pleasant and well informed. They help make my handyman projects quite successful.

This store is an excellent example of the type of place that people love to shop. The help is courteous and friendly,always ready to lend a hand or give an needed advice. The management should be rewarded for having such an outstanding crew.

This home depot store is a great place to receive help for any home improvement projects you may have. The associates are friendly and even funny at times but they do not make you feel you are inadequate to do a project. As long as you are willing to listen, the associates are willing to help! Plus all the material I need is always stocked.

Each time my fiance and I have visited Home Depot in Burlington we were greeted by employees. We did not to track them down. They were swift and knowledgeable and courteous. Not to mention advantage of traffic and parking over Greensboro Battleground store. We are in Reidsville and the drive there is beneficial. He purchased a dishwasher for my birthday today and the help picking out a good one was appreciated. Now if delivery is early and prompt Saturday thats and the applicable discounts applying to his account so there is no residual matter to ruin the experience. I have a birthday invitation (for me) to attend Saturday so I sure hope they delivery early and quick. Thank you' Donald and Donna

Always a pleasure to shop here for household project items and home improvement gadgets. Always easy to locate a friendly store employee to help you locate something and save time. Very friendly staff!

Store was clean and the associates were very friendly and helpful. It is good to know great customer service still exits in this day of technology. The associates took the time to answer my questions, made suggestions and did not refer me to a web site to find my answers on my own! I will be back.

If you are looking for flooring, this is the place to go! They are very helpful and go way out of their way to make sure you understand your options. I also priced several other companies in the area, they were by far the lowest.

We are remodeling our home and have gotten everything from Home Depot. The ladies in the paint department are AMAZING. They worked with me on getting all the right colors for every room and have even match the outside colors perfect. Plus, we are using the new vinyl (wood look) plank flooring and it looks amazing.

If you're in the market for large appliances, go to the Burlington Homedepot and talk to Vicki. We thought we'd decided on our next new set, but when we got to the store to purchase it, Vicki opened our eyes to more options, and actually a set absolutely perfect for us, and our budget. She was very friendly, knowledgible and professional, and really made us feel like a valued customer!

My experience at the Burlington, NC Home Depot has been extremely favorable. I love to shop in the outdoor section to buy plants for my garden each year. Their products are good and varied so I always get a choice for most items. Inside the store, I'm usually at a loss to know where to find something. Their employees don't just tell you where something is, they will take you to it to make sure you find it. Check out is always a positive experience, as well as when you first walk in the store you are greeted by someone who is available to assist you if you need it right off. I have to say that I hate to shop.....with a passion I hate to shop. But I never mind shopping at Home Depot because I know I will get good, friendly customer service.
