The entrances of the store compared to the parking lot and the check 0ut locations are not relative to each other.

We purchased new appliances for our new house being built. All staff was great to work with! They also had great deals going on!

This is a very clean and well organized store with knowledgeable employees who are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to either help you themselves or find someone who can. That speaks volumes about this stores management as it is not that way at ALL Home Depot stores I have shopped at. You will always have a pleasant experience shopping this particular store.

Great personality within the people that work in the store

This store is clean and well organized. The associates are helpful and very responsive. They demonstrate excellent teamwork with other associates when they are not able to help you themselves.

Overall Had great experience. And staff seems to really care about helping you find what you need all the way to checkout.

I shopped a lot at the Hillsborough Home Depot and was extremely thrilled when I changed my location closer to Burlington that Carlo ASM had moved to the Burlington store. Carlo is extremely friendly, easy to talk to, and makes sure that each time I shop that I have an excellent shopping experience. The other managers are also excellent and they make sure to ingrain their associates to seek out customers and make sure they get what they want in a very timely manner. All their products are listed on HD.com and it shows you exactly where to go in the store to get your merchandise saving you lots of precious time. These reasons make Home Depot the place for me to shop because the other home improvement stores may have merchandise but they fall well short and need much needed improvement.

Some employees here really don’t have experience in much so I sometimes have to know what I’m looking for and where it is..

I shop the store and like it's products and services. As I said earlier I would like to see call buttons on the isles and would also like to see some special order items stocked in stores if all possible. Overall I rate the store highly. Yes the store was clean, I received the assistant that I needed and I did get friendly assistant.

The store was clean, I asked for help and the employee was helpful. Some larger stores in the area do not seem to have employee coverage and you have to search for someone to help you. I found the building tool (circular saw I was looking for at a fair price) and at checkout,the associate was very nice and accommodating. I will shop this store over the other (same type) store going forward.

I am especially keen of the current availability of outdoor plants at reasonable prices!

Avoid this store. I drive 27 miles to The Durham store (54 round trip) to avoid the less than enthusiastic incompetent and generally rude employees at the Burlington store. The difference in between the two stores is like night and day.

Everyone is very nice and helpful and there are lots of good products in stock.

This store always has what I need for any home project. I love the fact that they have self checkout! I can find what I need and check out without too much interaction unless I need assistance.

I bought a new home March 21, 2020 and recently started to buy things to help complete the home. New lawnmower, tools, trimmers, pressure washer, grass seed, fertilizer and keep going back for items to keep ahead of the homeowner's tasks. At 75 it is exciting to do the many things, the grand children visit often and help out. I know the way to the Burlington store and see many of the regular helpful Home Depot Employees.

This place is GREAT! They always help me determine the correct supplies I need for my DIY home projects! I can not believe the quality of service I get from them. If you have a project your thinking about, No matter how big or small, This team can help you all the way!!!
