Are Kids Workshops offered at the Burlington Home Depot?

Yes, the Burlington store offers in-person Kids Workshops. These free in-store events take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am–noon. You may secure your Kids Workshop kit by registering online for the event. We have a new kit pack every month to keep your little doer engaged. Kits include all necessary craft materials, kit instructions, certificate of achievement, stickers, an apron pin, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Kits may be ordered online at our Kids Projects Activities page or picked up in-store if you prefer to participate in the workshop from home. How do I check the balance of my Home Depot gift card?

Home Depot gift cards are a popular present for the holidays, housewarming parties, and birthdays. DIYers know they're fun to receive and to give. They can be purchased online at homedepot.com or in our brick-and-mortar stores. If you're a recipient, you can check your gift card balance online or visit your local Home Depot store and ask a cashier to check the balance for you. Use our gift cards to shop online or redeem them in-store. There are no additional fees to worry about.

Does The Home Depot Burlington offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. using The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when you shop eligible Store Pickup items. We'll let you know via email or text message when your order is ready at the store. Bring your valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

To pick up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" email or text message to tell us you're on the way via the app.
3. When you arrive, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space, which is usually located near the front of the store.
4. Check in through the app to tell us you've arrived.
5. Wait for us to bring out your order and load it into your vehicle.

Damaged good

Ordered online, shipped to store. Item damage at pickup. $1000.00 microwave. I’m told to do a reorder I need to pay again and wait for the refund. HD is worth billions, I’m not. Their policy sucks. Bye bye HD

Poor Customer Service

Not sure who the older guy working self check was 9/6/23 in early afternoon but he was by far the nastiest associate I have ever encountered at this location. Witnessed him being downright mean to multiple customers and when I asked for a price match to HD's own website he said it was online only and refused to even look at the listing. I've spent thousands of dollars at this store and this was by far the worst experience. I usually look past the relatively poor selection and things being out of stock because this is closest HD store and the associates are usually very nice but this guy was the absolute worst. He needs to be coached or moved to an area where he doesn't interact with people.

Electrical Dept. Rocks!

Delighted with the electrical dept. at this Home Depot. I thought I knew what I was doing by replacing the lamp set and cut wires without taking pictures. Made a huge problem, but Home Depot came through and the lamp now works.

Above and beyond

I went in looking for an item I saw online, listing 16 available in the store. I went to the isle where similar items were found, but was unable to locate it. Two employees, Steven and Cat, went out if their way to find it while I continued to browse. They brought me the item and I was on my way. Very helpful employees.
