Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when shopping eligible Store Pickup items. We will let you know via text message or email when your order is ready at the store. Bring your valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

Picking up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" email or text message to tell us in the app that you're on the way.
3. After you arrive, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space, which is usually located near the front of the store.
4. Check in through the app to tell us you're here.

      THEY SCREWED THE DELIVERY UP AND THE ASSISTANT STOE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT THE STORE MANAGER WOULD CALL ME THE NEXT DAY....THAT WAS 5 DAYS AGO...STILL WAITING

        I purchased an item that was on sale. Two days before it was due to be delivered I recived a call telling me that the item was not available the salesperson should not have sold you the item.

            This Home Depot is always fully stocked!!!
            I just bought new carpet at Home Depot. There was so much to choose from. The service rep was wonderful at helping settle on the best carpet. She was patient, kind and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the installation and how beautiful the new carpet looks in our spare room.

              DO NOT LET THEM BUILD YOUR FENCE!!!
              Had my fence replaced last June.. From all the rain, the door to enter my back yard sunk and could not open the door.. In order to do so, I had to remove gravel/pavers I had in the walkway.. Called and got the run around from Bryan... Was told Carlos will be getting in contact with me.. Never happened.. Reached out to Bryan.,. No help.. Reached out to the store.. No help.. During this time I was in the process of staining my fence and found that they left hole in the ground that just fills with water.. Also found that there were parts of my fence that was not even screwed in... Exposed screws.... Was told I was going to get a call.. Never happened.. But what they did was come to my home and did not let me know and "fixed" my issues.. I STILL CANNOT OPEN MY GATE!!! All they did was replaced the "hardware" on the door and snuck and screwed in the parts they did not do.. They still left the holes which could have been backfilled with the dirt they dug our for the posts.... Was told my issues are not covered under the "warranty". To pay over $10,000 less than a year ago for a new fence and not to get no help from Home Depot is shameful...

                  Greg at the customer service desk was pleasant ,Professional, and helpful. He understood my situation as a home improvement contractor and help me to return a customers special order item which arrived damaged. The customer was able to reorder a replacement Great job! Thanks
