Store is always clean. Employees are always very helpful and knowledgeable. I visit this store all the time and have never had any complaints.

As always, the place is clean and not cluttered. Associates are there when needed and it makes it smooth to get in and get out.

I have been dealing with the Canton Ga Home Depot for a long time and I know that the mangers at the pro sales desk in the day time are being the best they can be and try to help me in every way Thanks Again for all their help Hoss

I have found that the Associates at the Canton, GA store to most knowledegable and helpful.

I originally purchased a lawn mower at Lowes where I thought I bought a self-propelled lawn mower. i want their because of price. Big mistake. I had to return it, I could not push it. (I am 68) So I went to my first choice store Home Depot. The associate who helped me it was not his department but he stopped to help me where at Lowes you have to go looking for someone to help you. We picked a lawn mower and he helped me put it in my car. Wish he could have come home with me to take it out. (ha!) I am never disappointed with the service at Home Depot. Keep up the good work.

My husband and I shop at this Home Depot at least once a week. The associates are always very friendly "happy to see us" and helpful. If for some reason we haven't been in for a while someone will ask where we've been or say "haven't seen you in a while". We've told our friends that it seems like an extension of our home... But seriously we would definitely recommend this Home Depot to anyone looking for a friendly helpful environment where you can always find what you are looking for and where the associates take the time to learn exactly what you are doing so they can provide the best service and solutions possible.

I had a crew in our yard that needed some unexpected parts in a hurry. Fortunately, Ross was working in the plumbing department. He took me straight to all the items I needed and explained the pros and cons of each choice. I was in and out quickly so the crew did not have to wait long. He had also helped me the day before by providing information I had needed for a long time, but had not been given by other associates during previous shopping trips. I love Home Depot, but they don't always staff the aisles with folks who have all the info I need to help me make the proper decisions.

I never have a negative experience here. I love the associates friendliness and knowledge.

The sales lady in the blinds department was super helpful . She allowed me to take a sample book home with me so I could pick out my choices. When I came back to make my order she sat down with me and would gladly change special add ons so I could see the price differences . I never felt rushed or pressured to make decisions. She was great.

Very happy with the customer service rep. who spent time trying to make sure all my questions and concerns about my purchase were satisfied.

The store is clean and well maintained. There are always plenty of associates available as well. However, each time I have visited this location the employees make no attempt to help me. My last visit was so irritating; I will not be returning to this location, despite it being the closest to my home. Not only was I told I was wrong about the paint color which I was buying (the color in my bathroom for over a year), but I was spoken down to in such a way that I had to tell the associate not to speak to me as if I had delays. I used the self check-out and the cashiers were more involved in their conversations about their personal home renovations than making sure I was a satisfied guest.

At this store there is an associate, Nina...who is just incredibly knowledgeable. Not only as far as the store products are concerned, but she is so easy to understand the crazy drawings I come in with my projects. She always listen intently to my description of what I am trying to build. Then listens more as I give many details. Then I wait, cuz I can see the gears turning in her mind. And she will say something like, "Okay, lets go to the plumbing department". She is so very knowledgeable about all the parts in the many departments and she easily moves from one to another picking up just the piece I will need and putting it in my basket. An ordeal that would have easily taken me an hour, she can put together in 10 minutes. She is such an asset to your company. I asked to see the manager and told her the above story. I wanted Home Depot to please acknowledge Nina for her wonderful service and knowledge to your company. I would be proud and thankful to have her as an employee. Thank you Nina.

We needed a small outdoor table to put a plant on - as we were looking through the outside furniture an associate came up to us and offered his assistance. He told us the pros and cons of what might meet our needs and pulled items off of the shelf to show them to us. He was very helpful and we appreciated his assistance. We bought a small metal table with a basket weave top and it's just right for what we needed on the deck. Thank you!

The store is very clean and I really do like how the guys take care of you at the Pro desk they are top notch. If I had one thing that I think would help it would be to install a call system in each department like Lowes or something simaliar

Store was very clean and bright. Isles eash to maneuver through. Every single associate was so kind and helpful. My husband and I visited this store 3x in the past 5 days (in the process of moving) and every single time we walked out the door, we looked at each other and were in 'awe' of how sweet and kind everyone was. Fantastic store!

I went in needing a creative solution to a design problem I had with making an access door cover for a woodworking project I'm doing. The first person I ran into at the door listened to what I was after and then found me one Chris Fitzgerald who, after spending a minute listening to what I envisioned as a final result asked a few questions to clarify and then took me to gather parts and explained as we went how he envisioned putting together the whole thing. Not only was it a great and simple solution, it worked really well! When you need a creative solution to a problem, just ask! You never know what kind of genius waits in the minds of your local Home Depot people!

i always find the staff at home depot to be helpful and nice. I almost never have to look for help someone is always their to assist. Great store, Great Staff. Keep up the good work.

This store has greatly improved since the last time I was there. I have avoided going to this Home Depot due to the lack of employees who seemed interested in helping the customers and the cleanliness of the store. Today was a completely different experience than in the past and I will shop this Home Depot again.

The staff at the Canton Home Depot is friendly and helpful. I usually don't have to go looking for help if I need and if a salesperson from another department sees me looking around the will stop to help if they can or find someone who will. I only wish I was talented enough to do more projects for my home. I don't go their weekly because I don't need to and I am not that handy with tools.
