First, let me say that Nina in plumbing is fantastic. She knows her business and is very helpful. Outside of that, this store can not get the idea that I do not work for them through their heads. I know I'm there a lot, but I really don't. Yet, when I come to checkout there frequently are no registers open other than self check, or there is one poor cashier with a mile long line because customers with 2x4s, drywall or just a pack of screws prefer to be checked out by a person. For my part, I think I"ll spend most of my money at Lowes or Ace from now on. I suggest you do the same.

The staff at the Home Depot in Canton, GA always greet customers with a friendly smile and a willingness to help. I especially appreciate their "above and beyond" attitude when helping me find items that I cannot locate. Almost always they take me to the correct area rather than just referring me to the general section. They have a good variety and I am generally able to find what I am looking for at this store.

Exceptional customer service in appliances (Kelly B). Could not have asked for better. All questions answered, bought the laundry pair without a hitch!

The store was very clean. All The associates and cashier were friendly and very helpful. We did get assistance that we needed. And found all the products we were looking for. It was a very good shopping experience

Very helpful when I had zero knowledge about how to do something. Gave me a free part to take home to compare with and when I came back spent a lot of time explaining what I needed to do even though I only spent a few dollars on a piece of PVC pipe.

I always enjoy visiting this store. Clean and ez to navigate. However, at time associates don’t seem to engage.

I would highly recommend my Canton store to anyone. The associates are usually available and always helpful and insist on TAKING you to find the product you are looking for. Many times I am not sure what exact product I need so rely on their expert advice. I am no longer as independent as I was and often need help loading merchandise. I don't have to ask for help. It is volunteered.

Very friendly and knowledgeable employees. Whatever I need someone is always there to help in any way and seems to always have the answers to every question I have.

If you are looking to buy appliances go to Home Depot in Canton , I had visited and dealt with 4 other stores on buying a new kitchen suite , not much help and needed a certain delivery date . Home Depot gave me the service and help I had been looking for for 3 weeks . Amy was exceptional in her demeanor and overall knowledge of what I needed to do . I left very confident when I left the store ordering my new appliances . Many of the associates were friendly . Great experience!

This store is excellent, clean, employee's are friendly and ready to answer your questions and give you all the help you could ask for. if their is one thing I don't like is no cashiers or only one cashier. I feel the kiosk should give an automatic employee discount to customers who have to self checkout. I don't get paid by home depot so unless I get an employee discount I should not be expected to self checkout.

It’s always a pleasure to stop into this Home Depot. I happened to have my dog with me this time and it was great to be able to bring him into the store to shop with me. He managed to score some cookies from different employees too which was awesome! Must give a shoutout to George at pro desk and Kelly in appliances for helping with some questions I had. Both helped steer me in the right direction. Again, thank you for being dog friendly - it’s a little thing but sure means a lot!

Extremely helpful at the pro desk as I just left your competition unsatisfied. George went above and beyond to help and now I will be going out of my way (20 miles) come there for a few major purchases.
