It is always a pleasure interacting with associates and customer service at Home Depot in CMCH, NJ. I have to commend Shivon McCarthy for being a great kitchen designer. Shivon designed 4 lovely kitchens for me. I am very satisfied with her professionalism, kindness and knowledge. I have one more kitchen to do, so I can’t wait to see Shivon in action again. Every single employee is great. Thank you for your kind service!

Joe the advisor from windows and doors r was very helpful. The attention that he had with us made a big difference in our purchase experience. He help us find everything that we needed. We give 10 Star for his excelente customer service and knowledge.

No inventory and help knows nothing!

John Cottelesse, the sales person, was very helpful. He was informative and followed up on all our questions/actions. Service in general is always good here at Home Depot cape May. Even returns are handled well.

Bought a fridge had it delivered. Leaked on the inside during installation at water filter. Took 2 weeks to send a new fridge. When second fridge installed leaked at same place. Installer couldn’t fix. Has both fridges returned and was told would get full refund in3-7 business days. After 9 business days called Home Depot and was told refund was pending. After 14 days was told refund was to be processed that day. Asked for emails at least confirming returns were made and never received them. After 21 business days went to store and was told refunds can only be processed at the store though they never said that before to me. When refund processed, it was $360 less than what I had paid because they would not refund the extra warranty that was purchased. Had to get store supervisor involved to get a full refund after about an hour Was to told by supervisor that the refund had never been started to process. Very poor customer experience

My huband used Home Depot for as long as I can remember. The last outing before he died was a trip to HD, in a wheel chair going up and down each aisle. I still remember the purchases he made. Now his best friend does all the repairs on our home and farm equipment. Home Depot is where he goes.

I went there to buy a refrigerator that I researched before arriving. After speaking to John in Appliances I changed my mind after he explained all the different options and details and rebates. He took the time to look up different models with options. I will always buy there for all my needs!

I bought a battery powered yard Maintenance tool, The tool is in one aisle, battery is locked in another aisle and the charger is in a different location. The sales person was friendly but not knowledgeable. I went home with the tool, a battery and a power station instead of a charger. Had to drive back and exchange it. Take care and read the small print, make sure you get what you need, best not to trust the salesperson alone.

I purchased items online to pick up at the local store. When I got there, the items I ordered looked used and dirty. So I refused the order and was told my refund would take 10 business days. After the 10 days came and I didn't have my money back, I called customer service, who said since a gift card was used for payment - the store should have given me store credit. They said they would note my order # so when I went back to the store, the associates would what to do. (since they didn't the first time!). At the store, I was informed that there were no notes and their system would not allow them to give me a refund. They called their IT department to help but they were unsuccessful as well. I called customer service again and was disconnected - no one reached out afterwards.

The staff is hot and cold. I can get great support many times but many times I seem to be just a number. Some times the person in the department is not able to answer questions or find the solutions. They have no real support if a department head is not available.

This store pretty much has info. Or item that I need.

Issac Hart, Flooring dept customer service rep at Cape May Court House store, provided excellent and detailed service to help us with our flooring order and helped set up a tax-exempt account. Isaac knows flooring in detail but also knows how to treat customers courteously in the process. HD is fortunate to have such a quality person/worker as their employee.

The paint dept is so helpful. I came in looking to paint the inside of my house and had to order a lot of paint and primer. The gentlemen in the paint dept were so helpful and walked my thru the choices. Great customer service!
