The store is located in a convenient location just off of rt81 where getting in and out is not a problem. Even though they were busy, the store associates were more than helpful in answering my questions as well as giving me some product advice.

The culture of the Home Depot, of this Home Depot, is excellent. The associates behave as if they are customers with time on their hands, and who happen to know where everything is, who know you don't have all day, and who actually care. Home Depot throws a party when I walk into the store. That really matters.

Awesome helpful employees

The store is fine, the issues are with your installation crew Freight Rite They did not install my dishwasher correctly. The water hose into the dishwasher was not tightened down and caused a leak for 2 days until I found it. They came back to fix it, clearly stated it was not installed correctly and supposedly fixed it. The dishwasher was still not working and required a service call from the GE repair man. It took him 5 minutes to correct the problem, which was that the dishwasher was not installed correctly as stated in his invoice. I submitted a claim for the floor, which Home Depot passed on to the installation company, Freight Rite. They denied my claim stating it was my responsibility for the hook up. What did I pay them to do then? I will never buy appliances from Home Depot again. I will be happy to buy incidentals but I will be hard pressed to buy a large ticket item or anything that would need to be delivered and installed ever again.
