I always enjoy going to the Carlisle Home Depot. The staff at this store are always very friendly and helpful. I always chose this store over other close Home Depot stores because of the good experiences I have had there.

Older buildings in Carlisle a a challenge . So glad Home Depot of Carlisle was able to help select , advise , offer solutions and products . Having very helpful employees ( Sharon, Shawn, Luke to mention a few) to make sure the jobs and products were were done to specifications and completed . Trusted and very satisfied no worries it will be done properly. Also very helpful in finance making the jobs and improvements manageable and affordable all good things take time and can be unpredictable. Home Depot did all that and more . Greater reviews they are worthy

Shelves are usually well stocked, and store employees are very helpful with special orders. Parking is a real Plus, especially when loading bulky items. I have read Arthur Blank’s book, and the associates at this store live up to the values and principles that he emphasizes.

Needed some lumber for remodel. They had what i needed and was willing to discount some damaged lumber to fill my order

Good customer service is rare these days but the Carlisle Home Depot always provides me with great customer service. They are friendly and always willing to help.

The folks in Carlisle are AMAZING!!! I drove an hour and a half for a firepit because my local store didn't have it and everyone at 4149 was amazing in the process of helping me make it happen. Everyone was attentive and proactive and I'm so grateful. Joe and Shelly are awesome!!

It is the only place to shop for everything home needs.

Other stores could learn a thing or two from how Home Depot operates. Very helpful, friendly associates and items usually always in stock!

Just want to give a shout out to the Home Depot customer service team at the Carlisle, PA store. I came to them looking for a product that ending up not being in stock. But they worked to help me out, exceeding my expectations. Way to go!!!

Scanned a product in store on the app. And they wouldn’t give me the product for that price. And said I would need to buy it online. I asked if I can buy it online and pick it up in store, they said I can but would have to wait 4 days for them to ship it. Even though they had the product in hand…Horrible business model, lost my business and will not recommend to a friend.

Recently purchased flooring for my basement remodel. The employees are always available to assist you !!!!! Ask for Jonathan, he is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

I found everything I was looking for. Your employees show a genuine interest in helping the customer.

I shopped the entire store and never was approached or greeted. There’s hardly any staff. What staff was there could care less and made me feel like I was bothering them. The store is messy and they don’t do recovery. Cashiers stood around self checkout and gossiped and complained about other staff members and management rather than offer assistance.

Store is conveniently located and never too crowded to find someone to help if you need them. Some of the employees have been there for many years and are very knowledgeable about the selections and products. Richard in Paint is always busy, but cheerful and helpful with any needs.
