Best in the West very close to CostCo and near Rancho Bernardo.

Today, I visited the Home Depot on Carmel Mountain Ranch Road. Sharon helped me with the purchase and as always she was extremely pleasant and helpful.

It is always a pleasure to have a stress free shopping experience at this Home Depot. I feel that I can accomplish a lot of projects without the help of a professional.

This Home Depot is wonderful. All the staff is wonderful and kind to me as I have some physical challenges. However, I am sure they treat everyone great.

I HAVE KNOWN THIS STORE FOR A LONG TIME. IT IS WHERE I TOOK MY SON ON SATURDAYS FOR THOSE SMALL PROJECTS IN THE PARKING LOT. WE STILL HAVE THE HAMMER -- WON IN A QUIZ.

I always shop at this store, it is my favorite because I can always find what I need or someone to help me.

It's something about the employees here - especially the women. They are bright, fun, always smiling, will call you a flirty name like "honey" or "sugar" and just have an attitude that is perfect for my tastes in a male dominant store. I don't think this is part of the training because I've never seen or felt it an another HD - it's probably the long tenured staff, their self confidence and the fact that they have built up a clientele based on their winning formula. Keep it up ladies! Your boys love you!

Great store to shop at. Excellent customer service. Gargi at the return desk was extremely helpful as always. I've heard she's got a great singing voice too!

I recently had questions about converting my kitchen lighting from an 8' fluorescent to canned LEDs and I was lucky enough to discuss this with an employee in lighting who was very helpful. I think his recommendations will save me some money over the idea I walked in with.

There was a little wait at the Paint department. The associate Francisco was cordial and respectful - a rarity at this store. He extended his assistance to the point of recommending the Pro benefits, which I signed up for. He took the time to assess my needs and I appreciate that!

We received a friendly welcome and two people ask us if we needed any help.

Employee Gargi greeted me when I walked in with a smile on her face and offered to assist me. I told her I needed boxes and asked her what aisle they were on. She told me but insisted on walking me over to them just in case I had a question. Gargi was very professional and friendly which is the case whenever I need help at the location. She is one of the nicest person I've ever dealt with at any retail store and she makes me feel like part of the Home Depot family.

It's the People that make all the difference! I know that I can go to this Home Depot & find somebody who can help me not only find parts in the store, but also who know how to do what I'm trying to do in order to make sure that I get the right parts. I've met quite a few MacGuyver types in this store that have helped me come up with a creative solution to my challenge-of-the-moment. The friendly, helpful & knowledgeable staff are why I drive out of the way instead of going to a hardware store closer to home.

Love \online order and pick-up process; great for more gardening time because I can pick up my essentials on my way home from work, and spend more time actually on my projects (rather than shopping for supplies!)

The Plumbing area associate was extremely knowledgable and helpful

During my visit to Home Depot I noticed a great improvement in the Customer Service. The cashier was cheerful and willing to help. And, there were associates available to help me locate the items I needed. I didn't need help to my car, but I was asked, which I found very surprising.

The store was stocked, employees were easy to find and the wait was short in the the painting department. Please note that the store was visited around noon on a weekday.

My experience is always fast . People here are eager to be helpful, they are friendly, and knowledgeable.

There always seems to be a smiling associate at the entrance of the store to greet shoppers. I am fortunate to have this store so close to my home.

The Home Depot App is soo cool!!! It makes my visits so much easier. Customer service is always good. I love how associates are always in the ales' ready to help you.

Vijay helped us right from the beginning with the selection of granite, the edging to select and he also provided all the details on various discounts running in the store. Provided us with appropriate timelines required by various stages of granite replacement activities. It was really helpful.

I was able to purchase the item I needed with help from Pro Account Sales Associate. She went out of her way to find what I needed. She placed the order, and she even found a contractor to install it for me. Excellent customer service!

I entered the store just before closing and normally it seams there isn't an employee in site. But Bill in electrical walked up to help and wasn't concerned about the time,

This is a great store with friendly employees. In my previous visit, a young man helped me load bags of gravel into the back of my vehicle. Customers, please leave your dogs at home! Barking dogs uncontrolled by their owners will make me hesitate to enter the store again.
