Store was clean and organized. Fast friendly help. Lots of variety.

We had a great experience at this store. The help was friendly and informative. The washers and dryers we looked at were priced to sell. We compared our choices at other stores and Home Depot had the overall best prices. Your help was very friendly and knowledgeable!

I just love coming here. Whether it's with my mom picking out plants, with my friends getting tools or equipment, or by myself just browsing online or in the aisles. It's always a great, and different learning experience every time!

We visited 3 other stores before coming to Home Depot and they didn't compare. The associate that assisted us was very knowledgeable and taught us which was awesome. The house looks great thanks to what we learned. Thanks Home Depot!

when I go online, I see BR40 LED 65 watt bulbs in plenty -- so I went to the store, can't find these llight bulbs So do they exist in the store

Wish our store had more rental equipment (wood chipper for tree trimmings).

The store is always clean products are available and also the associates are always ready and happy to help

Associates are not willing to help you. When you find one or go to customer service they tell you that person in that dept has gone to lunch or not available. Always a hassle on returns even with the receipts and unopened products. Gift card returns are the worst. Mgr are never in store if you ask for a mgr they are not available at anytime. I have been in all dept hardware,lumber,garden,flooring service is so bad I have to go to neighboring Home Depots to get my product. I am not giving up on the Casa Grande Store.I am writing this review because I want local people to demand that Our store be well stocked and with professional personnel like the other cities. I am going to continue to go to this store.

The associates were very helpful when they finally got to me, but the products I was looking for were not. You would think a store chain as big as this would have a 12VDC mini submersible water pump available, but to my surprise it was not. I was able to find it on line, but now I have to wait 3-4 weeks before I can finish my project.

The associate availability was not what I expected, but once I was attended,they were very helpful. They were pleasant to converse with, but not very knowledgeable when out of their department. The associates were quick to find someone that could help me find what I was looking for and answers to my questions. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I went in to buy a cabinet and the hardware for it. I explained to Lew (the store associate) what I envisioned the cabinet to end up like. He walked through the store with me and helped me find everything I needed to accomplish that goal. He also wrote down possible information I might need in regards to bits and drills. He went over and beyond with his customer service. Thank you Casa Grande Home Depot.

My visit this month was a pleasant one and the people in the store were friendly and helpful.

I was just looking fro some work gloves. I had a pretty good idea where they were, and as I was heading to that aisle, I got sidetracked (easy to do there). An associate came to assist me in the area I got sidetracked in. He was friendly, cordial and knowledgeable of the products in both areas..

helpful staff, quality products, good location for my families use

I went into the store to buy some trim for my kitchen. After I found the trim, there were 6 pieces the same so I got them all. When I got up to the cashier, first I tried to use self serve and it would not take the code on the trim and the cashier was busy looking at a book. I went down to the only cashier and she couldn't get it to take the code. Each piece was marked. She called for help, but they were busy. She was beginning to get a line. She locked up and told me to go with her and we went back to the trim and she took a pic of the code. We went back up and she took care of me like an excellent employee. Her name is Griselda. Most employees ask you to wait until someone shows up to help you. Not her. She knew I was there before the line so she took care of me. I appreciate Griselda. She knows how to take care of her customers. Thank you Griselda.

HAD A VERY HARD PROJECT AND HE REALLY HELPED, Im not a difficult customer yet this cement man ROCKED...I needed to find the right product to finish my Pharaohs. Im a Nurse and Artist yet this was a project that need serious rock....11 feet statues that are Cracking up from all my silliness and old jokes needed serious repairs. SO I NEEDED MORE THAN THE LOCAL ART STORE, as always I go in to Home Depo Asking for the IMPOSSIBLE and as always I get the CRAZY LADY LOOK. So once I showed him pictures he knew right what I need to stop my Pharaohs from Cracking up and just ROCK! People Always take the time to HATE...BUT I JUST CANT THIS CEMENT GUY DESERVES TO BE THROWN AT LEAST A STONE. YOU ROCK! THANK YOU Sincerely Nurse DebBEE

we came in with on idea to build a flat screen television riser. the items that we needed were easy to find and when we needed assistance with loading some wood on a cart their was someone there right away to help us. then as we were checking out the check out staff were very helpful letting us know where we could get flagging for the lumber on the way home and lent us a stapler to affix the flagging to the wood securely. Visiting is a favorite thing for our little dog too. When we pull into any home depot she actually recognizes the front of the building and gets really excited. Again the staff are always so nice to our little girl and their attention makes her day too.

Once again, the personnel made my experience effortless!

We were pleased to see you had a Halloween display. We actually spent more time (and money) in the store.

I'm sorry, I forgot the associates name - but he was most helpful in showing us the options for LED lighting in our home.

Nothing special. Very often do not have what i came for and I have to use online or another store in town.

We like our refrigerator, but wish the selection was larger, but obviously our size requirements were not as in demand as other sizes . Orlando Ferri our associate made our visit VERY pleasant . He was most helpful, informative & fun to talk too.

For once we were able to find an associate within 10 minutes in the tile department. He got us what we wanted and sent us to the service department to set up delivery date. Customer service should provide seating for the wait line, as there was a customer there with a problem, and the line got to be 5 deep. In the paint department the product we wanted was easily accessible. High rating is mostly for the products, although the associates were a little less grumpy than usual.

This is by far one of the nicest Home Depots around. The associates were pleasant and very helpful.

I WAS COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH THE ASSOCIATES WHO OFFERED TO HELP ME AND THEY ARE ALL SO FRIENDLY!
