Great and friendly home town store. Love to shop here for all my hardware and outdoor nature projects.

The sales associate (Heather) at the customer Service desk went out of her way to help get the rest of the items that went with my in-store order pick up. She stayed with us for the entire purchase and helped me with measurements, etc. , so I was able to find everything I needed to complete my project without having to return to the store.

This store is so much better than it used to be. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.

We had a stressful day with our washer needing replaced. We went into the store and went to appliances. I went to restroom and in the time Rodger in appliances did not treat a lady w respect and answer sales questions. We had to have a manager sell us a washer. Spending what washers cost you think you would get friendly sales people.

Casper's Home Depot has friendly staff willing to help

This is the one stop place in town to get what you need for home or work. Not only selling things but showing you how too.

Marjorie was our clerks name and she was amazingly helpful. Total time in store was under 10 minutes because she knew what isle every item we seeked was in. Zero time wasted, great work!

Marge the cashier at the contractor check out is fantastic, we look forward to seeing her when we come in. She's always helpful and always friendly.

Hi this is ora Spaulding I just walked in the store today to get some plants and received a very nice unsuspecting gift thanks to Alex store manager to Dawn to Heather and to Jake for working all of the stuff out so thank you Home Depot.

I was so pleased with the service today. I totally felt like I was the most important person in the store. I was having a grumpy day before I went inside, and came out smiling. Thank you!! I have been to other Home Depot stores that were not as pleasant or helpful! This was a nice change!

This is a family friendly store with home town friendly folks working here. Convenient and comfortable.

Instead of writing a standard review (helpful staff, etc.) I will simply say that I gladly drive across town to shop at our Home Depot store. I pass several other hardware stores along the way, but always go to Home Depot.

I think it says a lot about a store when all the staff respond with genuine care for the customers. Our Home Depot has sincerely friendly people working there that not only know their job but care about serving the people of our community. I actually look forward going to the store because I usually leave in a better mood when I first went in.

The cashier Matthew was very courteous and friendly, just the kind of cashier everyone deserves.

I know where everything is in the store I like the idea of having my wood cut for me when I need it. That saves me a lot of time when I get home.

We ordered our riding lawnmower the night before we picked it up, payment was declined by our bank because they suspected possible fraud, related to the large amount of our purchase. Regardless, the mower was ready for pick up and our purchase went smoothly.

From the door greeter, to the cashier at the service desk, and the gentlemen that loaded my product... you all were very friendly and made my shopping experience stress free. Thank you all.

This Home Dept is the most helpful and most friendly store I have been in compared to many I have visited in several states. We could always find someone to assist us.
