Always find what I am looking for. Selection , prices, staff better than Lowes

The store was clean, well organized. The associate was available in the department. Very helpful! Helped me get my supplies in his department and outside his department. Because I had large items to purchase, he offered to check my purchases out in his department. He updated my information online because of a recent move, offered help to my car. He made sure I was all set! Great customer service, friendly and knowledgable.

Plumbing Parts readily available ,sales associate poof,gone!Well stocked,Clean,Orginized.

The Catskill Home Depot has helped me in many ways. From helping my parents with repair to helping me with renovations, I have always chosen the Home Depot over the competitor not only for the price , but for the quality of the products they carry. The store has a great selection that I can always apply the products they sell to whatever project I need to work on.

Store was organized. I always go there because the same employees are there for the most part as when it first opened. As a business owner, that tells me you are doing something right....And that's coming from me, who used to work for Lowe's

fast in & out.. great location.. good help.. has most of everything one may need for homes..

The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The store is well organized and always clean. Most of the time the store has in stock what I am looking for or need. If the item is not in stock they will let you know if the store carries it or when it will be in stock. Overall I give them a 9-10 rating and would recommend this store.

I was very happy with my most recent visit. I've been going in a great deal lately as I am making my home work for my handicapped parents. Everyone was super helpful, kind and understanding considering I was under a great deal of stress and almost in tears. At least two people went out of there way to help me with everything. I may not have been able to get my main purchase from here. But over all I have not been happier with a store. I will continue to shop here while I finish my home improvement projects.

I'll start with the staff. Seeing multiple people standing around doing nothing to me, is unacceptable; especially considering how unorganized and dirty everything is (Cashiers, CLEAN YOUR BAYS!!!!) There was not really anyone readily available back in the lumber dept; so I had to pretty much grab and load my entire order of heavy, soaking wet, and LESS THAN desirable pressure treated lumber (ALL shredded, warped, dirty, just BELOW grade materials). When I FINALLY was able to dig through to get a FEW pieces of good lumber, loaded on, and finished shopping, I go to the cashier go through the entire order with her (MISS CONGENIALITY, NO personality, MOODY, not friendly in the LEAST!) I get told that since I am doing this pick up for my mother, using her credit card. That I have to go over to customer svc to do an "Special Services" purchase (I have NEVER had this issue before)... SO, I go over to the desk to get this done, the guy over there was MUCH more friendly and was able to get me the heck OUT of this store without further aggravation... SO; again with my rather large purchase, NO help was offered to help me load it, I BROKE my rain-vent on my vehicle (wood was long, had to stick it out of the passenger window) because I wasn't able to be in two places at the same time (up by the window to guide; AND behind the vehicle loading) ANYWAY... I WILL NOT be shopping this store again, NOR will I recommend it to anyone either... Not just the poor service but the fact the place is extremely DIRTY and just beat down from either years of use or lack of maintenance. Probably one of the WORST Homedepots I have EVER been to and I have been to A LOT in the area as far as Oneonta; to Amsterdam; Albany; Etc...

We needed a small refrigerator to use for a week before a new purchase was delivered. Tim Erben in appliances was extremely supportive and knowledgeable.

Associate in paint know her stuff and quickly answered all questions and got us just what we needed. Checkout associate Jen, was most helpful. Hank, floor associate quickly got us the right info as did Clara in lighting helped us find just what we needed.

The store is great. I particularly liked the cashier "kayla". She was really friendly and asked of I found everything I was looking for. She's very professional and a great asset to your company.

Great store and fully stocked. I have never been in such a well maintained Home Depot. My sales person Penny was very helpful and knowledgeable about the item i was looking for. I need a odd size set of blinds and Penny was able to help and cut them to the perfect size. Thank you Penny you are the best.

Sometimes I come here just to get ideas. People are great--helpful and friendly.

Penny in the Kitchen/Appliance area was extremely friendly and willing to offer alternative options for our backordered kitchen appliance suite purchase. She turned a potentially upsetting visit around and my husband and I left knowing our purchase of kitchen appliances was the right choice.

I would like to praise our sales associate . She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with us on our purchases. We purchased a washer, dryer. Then two weeks later went back and purchased a refrigerator. Again we got the same sales associate. She went above and beyond her duties as far as I'm concerned to help us in our purchase and setting up delivery dates. She should be commended for her outstanding working abilities. Thank you ....

They had everything I needed, carts available, good lumber and a surprise for myself!

I called in and ordered a freezer and when I got to the store I needed two other items which associates helped me find and I was only 15 minutes when I walked in to I was driving out. Quickest visit I ever had!! Very satisfied.

Overall great experience with ordering online and picking up at products at store. I was in and out within a few minutes!
