They won't help you load all of your items because.

Do not go! The store is a cesspool! Not a single associate earring a mask, not to mention the countless customers packed into the store spreading illness.

Shopping at this store was an extremely pleasant experience. Everyone and I mean everyone was polite, helpful and professional.

This was the worst shopping trip I have had to any Home Depot . Was a very bad experience from start to finish . To have my back during these trying times , you missed the boat .

I’ve always found the service and product I’ve looked for. Most often, the service is friendly and helpful. The variety of choices is typically very good. Most recently, having Trim work sold by the Lf was very much appreciated. I recently also got some helpful information from a sales associate about a great sale on a Dewalt miter saw. Thank you Home Depot!

Conveniently located with ample parking. Employees are very helpful and friendly. Quality merchandise at comparable prices with similar stores like Lowe's. Store is well stocked with clean and uncluttered aisles.

The store is awesome to go to and has stock on the shelf, so I do not have to drive around to others store to get it.

I have always been pleased with my visits and purchases at this store, especially the appliance section where I have made many purchases. Prices are very competitive and the sales associates are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

This is the store closest to my home, but I hate to shop here because the parking is so bad. In the summer I go to the Princess Annes store only, if I have to go at all, because if you get here after 9am good luck trying to park. The parking lot has an large part of its' spaces taken up with parked 'FOR RENT" at Home Depot vehicles and in the summer they take up another big chunk with that drive in mulch monstrosity in front of the garden area so it is impossible. Add to that the fact that the Home Depot online site thinks I live in Mechanicsville VA instead of VB ( because apparently we once accessed the site while out of town) and refuses to reset and to shop here is too time consuming. Not into walking endlessly around looking for stuff--the 2 stores are laid out completely differently too. ALL in all I am getting to not using home improvement stores for my home improvement projects that much anymore unless I need something RIGHT NOW or it is too hard or too expensive to have it shipped. And once you go online you don't have to shop with Home Depot anyway do you? I would give this store a 7 out of 10 for those rare occasions when you need something that day and can get it quickly --which for me is primarily at the Garden Center. (although their prices are high on nursery stock)---I order most of my garden needs online at other sites but they are good for mulch and dirt.

Again I was not satisfied with my experience because on 12/ 09/19 at approximately 8: 50 I had an encounter with an overnight stockers named Pinky who was disrespecting me in the restroom. She was calling me a black b word who needs to watch where I'm going and saying why am I back at the store as if I didn't have a right to be up there . Overall I would not recommend anyone I know to come to home Depot at store 4614. Pinky was not friendly and very disrespectful and not helpful. All the products in the paint area was not in place

Other stores said I couldn’t order a refrigerator unless I was in the store to be delivered from. No problem at this store. Great, knowledgeable help and a purchase with smooth sailing.

One of the smaller HD's in terms of square footage but they make up for it with a well organized store and exceptional personnel.

As with most home improvement stores, it is so important to have salespeople who are knowledgeable wandering in the isles to help us when we have questions about the products we might need etc. We love going to our local home depot but there are times when it is hard to find a person for assistance. When you do find someone, they are amazing but we often have to wander around the store before we find someone to help us. Love having weekend classes that I can attend to learn how to do things like put in floors, etc etc.

We had great customer service! Jean came out of her department to help us! Her smiling face made my horrible day so much better! We were able to get 3 new appliances with her help!! I cannot thank her enough!!

Lumber associates cut lumber with a good attitude.

Great store! They have a full array of the things we're always looking for, but clearly the most valuable asset is the cadre of employees. This group would be very, very hard to match for genuine interest in helping the befuddled customer.
