Today, I had gone to choose a storm door. The customer service agents pointed me in the right direction. The person in that isle was extremely helpful in explaining the pros and cons of different products.

The best customer service in the area. Knowledgable, helpful, and friendly staff always there ready to help.

I had an awesome experience in purchasing kitchen cabinets and other home improvement items from Rob at the Celebration Station Home Depot. He walked me through a difficult process in finding inventory and a glitch in the online purchasing system with a heart for helping. If you need help in this area, GO SEE HIM! :o)

So happy that we went to the Home Depot on Virginia Beach Blvd. We are painting our new home and Kyle in the paint department was so very helpful as we filled our cart with all the necessary supplies. He offered great insight and helped us find great deals! We are so appreciative of his kindness and great work ethic.

Before shopping, I looked online to see where the products I needed were located. Every item I needed was in the place noted online. Kudos to the employees for keeping items where they're supposed to be!

If you are looking for paint, go to this store and see Kyle! By far, the BEST employee! He is willing to help you with your painting needs and makes the whole process more enjoyable!

I appreciated the help I received at Customer Service from Summer, and at the cashier's desk from Nyasia. Everyone made me feel valued, and safe. (Appreciated masks and sanitizer at entrance if desired). I also appreciated the military discount. I was able to find exactly what I needed for my shower (a safety bar) at this Home Depot.

We've done lots of projects over many years and I csn always count on Home Depot having what I need - and at a good price.

The store is close to my home, and the staff are always friendly. The store was clean!

I was impressed the number of contractors entering the store. The employees seem very helpful. So helpful that I wandered the store until a contractor aided me. Then we were led to my part of the store were I was able to pick up the part . I would recommend this store but one employee said, "Very few people want to work no days. Stephen

Had a big yardscape/hardscape project where we needed lots of things. This Home Depot had everything we needed - and more. ROSALYN at the customer service desk was awesome in helping with both online purchase, exchanges and finding what we needed. Thanks!

After making a large $$ amount purchase we were given a reasonable delivery date and one day it was changed for delivery two weeks later. In the meantime, Home Depot has our money for the merchandise and we are not having to wait a month to receive the merchandise. We returned to Home Depot and told them that we wanted our money back as we did not want to wait a month, when we were promised one week to receive our merchandise. We were told we could not get a refund We do not want the merchandise and wanted to cancel the order but we are unable because the Store Manager said he had to go to Head Quarters to have them authorize our refund....This is our money ,we do not want to accept the conditions (one month delivery when we were promised a week) and they will not refund our money. This is totally unsatisfactory and if we have to we will get the local media as well as our attorney involved in this. YES We are ANGRY and very disappointed in Home Depot and their policies. We have been long time patrons of Home Depot but we are reluctant to do business with a store that does not tell the truth and will not refund your money when you want to cancel the transaction!!!

Paint dept doesn't want to do their job. Purchased 10 gallons of pool deck paint and they told me the dont tint that brand of paint. Went to General Booth Home Depot and Charles in Paint dept tinted Paint in about 10 minutes. The only celebration I will be doing is at a different Home Depot.

Nothing is stocked. Products, carts and flat bed carts. Plenty of employees, no one appears to be working. Everyone there seems anti social with customers.

Couldn't ask for more, employees appeared to enjoy their job. Everyone in a good mood
