The store was extremely clean and the associates were very helpful

I was running late to the job site, but once I came in I was greeted by the cashiers in a friendly manner. I was greeted by just about every associate I passed by and when I stopped to look at the products I need for more than a few minutes I had associate ask me if I needed help. I was able to gather my materials with his help in a quick and orderly manner. Checking out was quick and easy and had a great time conversing with the associates. I definitely will be back!

The staff here are very helpful and friendly they knew of products being sold and had good suggestions

The store was clean I found everything that I needed and one of the best associates I had ever met even if she is having a bad day she greets you with a smile and a "Hello, how can I help you?"

Needed electrical help. John knew the answers and where the stuff was. First associate working there that did not hide, who tried and could help with purchasing questions. Wish there were more like him.

I was very pleased with my shopping experience today. got what I needed and saved money. who doesn't love to save money :-). My salesperson was awesome your lucky to have him on your staff.

The store had the specific type of fig tree I was looking for. However, I found the tree a bit expensive.

We were shopping for an Augur, found it immediately, did some other shopping, rang out in garden center. Efficient staff and items on shelf's were readily available.

It was nice and clean. The employees were friendly.

GOOD STORE, SLOW TO ASSIST IN LOADING SUPPLIES WAITED 10 MINUTES

The rudest associates ever!!!! I waited in garden (seasonal) more than 25 minutes for someone to get two boxes off a top shelf. Unbelievable!!

Not as much help as in the Riverbank store, but still better than Lowes.

I'm really happy with the moving supplies I got at home Depot ! It had a nice price range and the trip was easy and quick !

I usually can find everything I need but when I need help, the people are always there to assist.

The Best Employees that are Knowledgable and that help, this one employee named veronica in garden was one of the best employees that i ran in to in this store she greeted me as i walked in to the store and was willing to help me locate my item with ease. and i been in this store quite a few times for my line of work and she was the best employee that this store has, hands down

The employees go out of their way to help you and I even had help out to my car so they could load the rock for me.

I tried getting granite counters for a home Im trying to sell. I have no knowledge on anything to do with the kitchen. But I was told to go measure and take pictures. She wrote up my order for 3500.00 and I paid whole amount. The guys came out today to template and immediately they looked at the counter and said the order was wrong and I needed a different kind of slab. I called nancy ( lady who has been assisting me) they said she wasnt working today. My frustration is I took time off work to drive a hour to take pictures and measurements. If she had any idea about how countertops work she should of known by the photos that I need a slab not pre fabric. To make matters worse the said I had to pay a extra thousand. I went into cancel the order and guess who is working at the front desk...nancy! She saw me but didnt even look at me or acknowledge me. lol Terrible...ill take my 3500 elsewhere where my business is appreciated and to somebody that has actual knowledge of the product other than just ringing me up and taking my money.
