The employees at this location go above and beyond every time I've been there. Not all locations have the happiest employees, but this one does. Got my Milwaukee drills there and they've been great to use. I could tell they were a return but they were immaculate out of the box still.

The goal was to see the oven inventory and, hopefully, find one that would replace the one that quit on Thanksgiving Day. Through the extensive knowledge of our Appliance Specialist, we not only evaluated inventory equal to what we needed to replace, but were introduced to choices that offered many more capabilities. We opted to upgrade and look forward to the free delivery in 2 weeks.

Dave from Electrical was amazing! Not only did he know exactly which light bulb I needed, but he also personally walked me to the precise location of the product. His professionalism, knowledge, and courteous manner truly made my day. I’ll definitely seek out Dave again for any future electrical needs!

I love the Chardon store. Everytime I walk in the door it’s like visiting an old friend. Everyone is so helpful and they always have great suggestions when I am doing a project!

I had a carpet cleaning issue. They had an abundance of products to address multiple problems. Great, knowledgeable staff!

I am purchasing carpet. Stopped in and saw Elizabeth chose our carpet and set up a measurement. Very nice experience.

I find the employees at the Chardon HD to be exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful. They treat you as if you're the only customer in the store! This past visit I asked an employee in the Garden Center for a particular item. I was hoping for a general sense of direction where to find it. Instead she left the Garden Center, had me follow her into the store right to where the item was located. Then she pointed out the different styles before returning to the Garden Center. Good old fashioned customer service, which I appreciate. A second employee putting up stock took the time to help me with grass seed. I thanked her...but she also thanked me!

I’m shopping at the Chardon Home Depot a couple times a month. I always find what I need. If I need assistance of any kind, the employees are always very helpful.

Had to come from Bainbridge to Chardon as my store did not carry the deck lights I needed! Onky to get home and 1 of 4 does not work!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

We were shopping for washer and dryer within the last hour of the day. Paul took his time to show us different features and options to find the best model to fit our needs. He provided information about promotions and interest free financing. Great experience!

I shop Home Depo first for all my Home improvements. I enjoy having an account with them, so I can use the same as cash with no interest payments. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The cost of instalation doubled the cost of the appliance, and the installers were illnprepared, thusly, we must now wait until Saturday. I am not at all happy

I went in with several questions about varying aspects of my home. I ran into Lisa in the paint section, and she was able to help me with each and every one. She was patient, friendly, and kind, and helped me feel comfortable as a young woman new to home maintenance. I will be going back with many more projects, and intend to specifically look for Lisa when I do. Vinny was helpful, too!

Help with purchase of new floors and new widow shades. I’m now doing my bathroom and she (DAWN) is working with me on this project. Excellence in customer service and very knowledgeable with the products she is selling.

The Home Depot in Chardon is my go-to store because the employees have always been so helpful. Elizabeth in Custom Blinds was so helpful, that I referred my Mom and Sisters to order their window coverings from her. A+ I've been a Home Depot customer for many years, but the woman at checkout told me about the Pro Loyalty program and helped me sign up. I now get more benefits as I make future renovations.

Spent nearly $25,000 and i had an awful experience with delivery. It put the project back a week by not getting our order on time or they would just cancel items that were out of stock. We will try a competitor for the next project.

From first stepping in store was greeted and asked if i needed help finding anything..everyones was friendly and helpful! Pleasure to shop in this location!

I was at the Chardon, Ohio store on 11/26/24 in the evening. When I went to check out, I said I needed a moment to look for my Home Depot coupon. This very rude clerk named Vicki kept telling me to hurry up, she did not have time to wait. There was not another customer behind me. When I went to insert my H.D. card into the machine, she yanked it out of my hand, telling me I was doing it wrong. NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO GRAB OR TOUCH ANYONE! SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. I do NOT recommend shopping at this store.
