I want to Thank Dave Medvec and Ashley from the Lumber dept and paint dept. They both helped me get supplies I needed when I had a home appliance accident occurred. They both went above and beyond in guiding me with the strongest material and best product for replacing the frame work I needed. I repaired the project with 2 hours once home thanks to all the correct material I needed..

Found what I needed AND an associate to help me. Greggory is a great front of store man, excellent customer service skills!

I enjoy shopping at this store. Typically it has the merchandise I am looking for. Employees make great eye contact and always offer to assist. Most staff are knowledgeable about the products that they carry and often times the staff are actually retired tradesman or tradesman that are working part time, which for customers is an added bonus. I like the professionalism of the staff, especially at the Chardon location.

I have found most of the associates to be knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Came home from a weekend rip to find a large puddle of water under out hot water tank. Went to homedepot.com and found two units which appeared to be improvements in the one which suddenly started leaking. Off to local store and found a sales associate who was very understanding and quite helpful. After clarifying that that I was interested in an electric unit, tall height, 6 year warranty and available in store for take away. The other criteria was to compare the 2-4500 watt heating element option versus the 5500 watt unit. The sales associate man took me to the isle with the units and we started to locate and compare options. While in this isle discussed other options such as the LED display, extended warranty, Wi-Fi capability, etc. We come down to two options and than reviewed price with all the necessary parts to install. Made my selection. While the hot water tank was being collected from the third tier of the rack we than went to the plumbing area and the same associate located all the necessary parts I would require. He further discussed options such as materials of construction and longer life and service factors. I ended up with a high quality unit with the confidence I was installing with proper long life parts. Two other chaps came to handle the insertion of the tank into the SUV and I was off and on my way to make a bad event day more tolerable.

store is great! Clean and well organized. It is nice to have a home department store so close to home

have alot of the products i use and the store was very clean and I got a good deal on the drill I purchased.. good job to the cashier Greggory was a keep up the good job..

Sale staff and associates are always so friendly and attentive to our needs! We find ourselves here atleast one to two times a week! In fact we'll probably be back tonight.

Great store for all home projects and repairs. I have had productive trips to this store. I just wish they would keep more of their products that u find online in the store.

I always fine things that are different at this store than any other places and the prices are great also.

I located a Veterans parking spot and parked there. When I entered the store I was greeted and asked if I needed any assistance. I was taken to the isle where the item that I was looking for was located. I also received a 10 percent discount since I am retired Army. Thank you Home Depot.

place was clean people was very nice .check out was quick

I don't ever recall of not ever being disappointed with any of my experiences at Home Depot. For some odd reason, I have gone to both the Chardon, Ohio as well as the Mentor,Ohio stores. There's not much difference distance wise,I just go to the Chardon ,Ohio store more.I guess I just prefer it better. But just as I had explained in the survey,wonder why the only item that is in the store on the power tool(s) section, of which it's one of three future purchases I am considering making is the RYOBI 14" 40 VOLT CHAIN SAW W/LITHIUM BATTERY and CHARGER. The other two items are the RYOBI POLE SAW AND THE EARTHWISE CULTIVATOR/TILLER. How's come these other two items are not carried in the store?

When needed there is a store associate available and willing to help. Store is convenient and usually has the items we are looking for.

The associate who helped us was so cheerful and helpful. It made the shopping experience a pleasure. The prices were very reasonable which is always a great deal at this time of the year. I will be back to shop again. Thanks

I was running errands and stopped at Home depot to see if they still had potting soil available. Resisting the temptation to browse in the Holiday section (must come back later) i found what I needed in the Garden Section. There was a variety of potting soils and in small bags. I chose two which fit my needs and a plant that I didn't need but wanted. The only available cashier had a long line so I used the self-checkout with ease and was on my way to get those last plants repotted.
