Very nice staff

Great variety of plants. Folks working there are willing to assist when needed - well organized and large selection of plants and equipment.

Robert in gardening helped me out 100%.

I hate to trash a store but IMO it's the worse Home Depot in the area. The isles are always cluttered, they never have items in stock or just do not carry them and you have to go to Everett or Somerville to find what you need. There seems to be a lot of employees but a lot give you an attitude when you ask them for an item. Once I was standing there near the lumber while several were carrying on a conversation about something unrelated to the store and all just walked away ignoring us when they were done. It gets annoying when your right down the street in Chelsea but have to travel to another Home Depot a few miles away to get what you need for a job. The store never seems to be very busy so I can not understand why items are never in stock or why they do not carry items other Home Depots carry in their stores. I think there is only one girl that ever treated us well at this store, that's it!

My experiences at this particular Home Depot have been so so, but my most recent experience was AMAZING......My salesperson #JXH5373, John was AMAZING, very helpful, personable, great attitude, all around great experience. He took his time to explain all my questions, I hope you understand the asset he is to your team. Thank you for hiring such a great individual, because I know people like him is very hard to come by, Thank You Home Depot Chelsea and Thank You John for exceeding my expectations. Great Job!

The Chelsea store is amazing. They are professional ,friendly, knowledgeable they exceed my expectations by anticipating my needs bravo chelsea home depot.

This store was clean and very well organized. Upon entering the store there were people who greeted you in a friendly way. They made you feel comfortable and wanted. I went there by chance, I usually shop in the Saugus store, but no more. I would recommend this store without reservation. I am 83 years old and they took me like I was their mother and helped me. I am extremely pleased and happy. Thank you for the employees you hired...I will be there every weekend in the summer, because I have a garden and a very large home and I take care of plants and trees and I will be at your store just for the assistance and kind people.

There’s a few stores close to me. Yet the Chelsea location is the best. People are so helpful and understanding. Joan & Dotty are so warm and friendly. Always with a smile. They have helped me so much to find the items I need.

What can you say about the employees of the Chelsea Home Depot they went out of their way to correct a huge problem for me when my new stove which I paided over 2000.00 for the Circuit board fried after only 3 months of use I contacted GE and they were useless they told me the parts would be in, in about a month or longer I told them how do expect me to cook they said we will correct the problem but you have to give us some time it was already 3 weeks since The repairmen came out and ordered the parts now they wanted me to wait another 4 weeks. I went to Home Depot and the manager contacted GE and told me she would send another stove out to my house to replace the defective one. They did and I am overwhelmed with the support and customer service they gave me the two employees made sure I was happy and I will continue to shop at this Home Depot as they really do put the customer first. 5 stars

The store is clean and well organized. the area is safe. The location is safe and there is a good parking space. I would also like to mention that Home Depot does a great service to the community by the diversity of the employers, including young people with some disabilities. My Respect to Home Depot!!

More people on some of the departments specially blinds and appliances. But after I found someone the experience was very pleasant

Please read my answers in the survey. I bought 8 Perennials two of which were butterfly .bushes, which had a beautiful Monarch butterfly on one and two huge bees, on the other, they followed me right into my car. I had tears in my eyes, because 5 years ago,I lost my oldest daughter to Breast Cancer. She wanted to plant a Butterfly Bush in the front yard. She loved Perennials because they always come back. So it was hard for me today but I kept my promise to her. I’m planting the other 6 over the weekend. I believe the Butterfly, was her spirit...... The cashier was very attentive and kind, asking me if I needed help.....this is why I keep coming back to the Chelsea store, the Products, quality, prices, but it’s because the service of your people I keep coming back... Excellent customer service

Personnel were very cooperative and helpful. I believe I finally found the hardware that I needed to repair my storm door. The employees @ Chelsea made my visit pleasant except for the Customer in the cash out line in front of me who took up much time with a credit card and verification procedure which had to be explored.

The storm is very well laid out easy to find all Department and the staff there was great never had a problem even with special orders pleasure to go there even when it's easier to go to a closer Home Depot I still go to Chelsea

The Chelsea Home Depot is my closest HD location. And in the past couple of weeks, I have had occasion to pick up several online purchases. The staff there, Dierdre in particular, have been really helpful in getting me my merchandise in a timely manner, and with a smile. When there have been returns, they always take good care of that too. Thanks for great customer service!

Store was clean, employees friendly & helpful. I noticed new signage which gave clear markers for aisles and also new carriages including the flatbeds.

KEPT NEAT AND CLEAN, FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES .

Since the Chelsea Store opened, I noticed that it has improved each year. It is in a good location, the employees speak and comprehend English much better now. I noticed there was a lack of persons who are Limited/Disabled. It would be best if in each department there was a retired senior. For example in the Electrical Department a retired Electrician. They are much more experienced and understand the importance of giving the correct information/statement. I would also caution employees to stay off cell phones and not to group together at the front doors talking. This is positive encouragement to Management.

Since the store opened it has improved the property location from an abandoned retail store and brought in many good businesses to Chelsea and has provided employment and services to the surrounding communities.
