everything was great but the price of a garbage disposal. I was hoping there would be one for around $59 and the cheapest was $85.

As a builder its just convenient to stop in and shop.

Cashiers are friendly and helpful. Was in and out with no problem.

I am in this store almost everyday only because there are no other options without driving out of my way,this store is always unorganized and the electrical isle is a disgrace I know more about the location of items than anyone in there and often have to help other people because I feel bad that no one knows whats going on.I pray they get there act together there are other home depots that are leaps and bound above this location

I needed it help to make a major appliances purchase and Mr. Pepe was very helpful and knowledgeable. He provided a great customer service in a pleasant manner on a very busy day as tax free holiday. So happy that I got all my appliances with his assistance!

I went to the (YUK) Everett store first , looking for shelves and they didn't have what I was looking for but was told the Chelsea store had 6 of what I wanted . I got to the Chelsea store and after wandering around for 10 minutes finally tripped over someone wearing an orange apron and asked where they were . She had no idea where they might be but her handheld was saying there were 11 in the store . After walking the length of the store twice we wound up in flooring ,of all places , where she asked someone who looked like he might know . He took her handheld and disappeared for ten minutes and when he came back took me to the exact isles we had already searched twice maybe expecting them to appear . When we still couldn't find it he went out back and when he came back he had a great little story about how they were being shipped and should be in tomorrow . 30 minutes to find out that no one here has a clue . What happened to this place ? Aweful

Found what I needed. Associates were scarce but luckily I didn't need one today.

Very happy with the service they provided. The store was very clean and organized.

The young woman who took the time to help me was terrific.

i was at the store and a worker named Teresa that worked in the garden section took the time out from her department to escort me to another department and helped me pick out what i needed, and in the end i was very satisfied with her decision and mine. she gave excellent customer service and i left thinking i wish every store i went into had customer service that good...

THE ASSOCIATE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL SHE NEEDS TO TEACH CLASSES TO OTHER ASSOCIATES IN OTHER STORES

The associate in the flooring department was extremely helpful and helped me set up an appointment to have someone come out to measure for carpet in my house.

Products were easy to find and associates were extremely helpful

Freddie in the Garden Section went well beyond what was expected of him to help me puchase wbat I needed, but made sure that i was satisfied with the product I purchased. He loaded it on a cart, took me to the cashier and then loaded it in the trunk for me. You don't find that kind of service these days and I hope that Home Depot will appreciate his hard work

Live within walking distance of this store and some weeks I am in there 3 or more times. The associates go out of their way to help you, and are quite knowledgeable about the products.

Overall a decent store needs more associates for help.
