Home Depot is the place to shop for home improvements , love coming here for all home improvements

I made a comment about an employee who seems to be secretly on the phone while working in the returns area. This applies to the Port Richmond Store in Philadelphia, PA. not the Chery Hill, NJ store.

I find this store carries more upscale items and a larger quantity

The employee who assisted me was polite and knowledgeable making my visit a positive experience. I will return to this store from now on.

Avoid writing about poor customer service. Ok, I won't.

I brought parts for a tube

Do not use these services, the items are often wrong or less expensive replacements. I’ve gotten the wrong item on n more than one occasion. It’s incredibly frustrating.

Everyone there is lazy and love to complain about their job

I was in line waiting to be called , the cashier called the man before me, and I know she saw me standing there .

No one is available for help, neither in person or by phone!

Delivery was fantastic, men got it installed quickly, left no mess , very pleased with the whole experience

Poor customer service no one to answer questions.

I would gather that your employees are encouraged to ask your guests if they need help. That is not happening.

I was impressed by 3 people 2 I asked for the location of plexiglass. The third jumped right in to assist me a self checkout. They were a breath of fresh air in this I don't care to help world. So thank you.

I love the Cherry Hill store because the sttaff is willing to help you find what you need, and give advice.

Usually big box stores you are on your own. Gentleman (HD Employee) in the plumbing aisle came up to me an offered to help. That was perfect because I was short on time! Plus they had what I was looking for. Stocked on lump charcoal too!

I’ve shopped at this location since the early 90’s, and I only had one bad encounter. It wasn’t me that was disrespected, it was my Gardener. I gave her my Home Depot card to get the items she needed. When she asked the Associate assigned to the area for assistance, he rudely ignored her…just walked past her. She followed him to try and get his attention, and he turned and scowled at her She phoned me very upset to the point of tears. I called and demanded to speak to the manger of that section. I was immediately transferred and he answered. I told him what my Gardner told me. He asked to please let him know what she is wearing so he could speak with her personally. After giving him that info, he apologized to me, and informed he was going to handle it once we hang up. Almost twelve minutes later, my Gardner called very cheerful and let me know that the Manger came to her and apologized to her, then he had her walk with him to the Associate and asked my Gardner to state to the Associate the Offense he perpetrated against her by purposely ignoring her, and walking away when she asked him for help, then turning around abruptly and scaring her. He never at any time assisted her. He didn’t deny it, and he apologized to her. The manager assured her that this would never happen again. He also called back and let me know that he made the Associate apologize and he assured me that he was going to take the matter to his superior. I was very grateful to him and I let him know that I appreciated how he handled the situation. None, of my contractors have ever had a complaint; and my Gardner hasn’t had a negative encounter since. Thank you for making sure your Associates are made accountable..

Only giving 2 stars because not all are like this but most of the workers here act as if they are doing you a favor for shopping here. Process of doing a renovation and the hurdles you have to go through to get a decent not a great customer service experience isnt necessary at all.

I went in looking for one product and ended up leaving with a cart full of things to finish my project. There are always friendly and helpful people that work at this particular location. One employee who stands out is a young blonde lady she helped me a few times in multiple departments. And the customer service lady’s are great too.

Spend the extra gas and go to a different depot

I came to the store hoping to purchase a digital circuit breaker finder. After looking in the lighting isle for Klein tools and not finding it, I happened to notice a store associate who has helped me in the past. He knew exactly what I needed and right where they were located. He saved me some time that got me through the trip successfully.

Awful! unfortunate but necessary

The Cherry Hill homedepot is a lot better than the one in Mt. Laurel. The employees were willing to stop from what they were doing to help me. I'm very grateful for them.
