My wife and I have been getting everything ready at our new house before we welcome our first baby home in November. From painting supplies to lawn equipment, Home Depot has been there every step of the way especially being so close to our new home! The customer service provided by the employees is outstanding - they are always willing to help and are very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the Cherry Hill location. As we continue to build our family and home, I see Home Depot being our #1 location for all of our home improvement needs!

Gill in the paint department provides excellent recommendations and customer service. If, like me, you're not sure what supplies and paint you need, just explain your project to him and he will help you.

when I came in and needed help, and I ask cashier amir to help me, he said he called for help, but I waited over 20 minutes. I then went back to see why no one came to help me, I then ask amir what happen to the help, he replied what do you want me to do, which I thought that was very disrespectful and very unprofessional. What made a huge difference was when Ms.Lilly ask if she could help me and she did with pleasure and continued helping until my transaction was completed. I was very satisfied with Ms.Lilly she went above and beyond to help me with every thing, she is a great person and works with a smile. that is why I would come back to Home Depot because of Ms. Lilly made a difference in store customer service. and I left with satisfaction. thank you.

The store was clean, well organized and the greeter at the door is always friendly and helpful in directing a person to the correct area of the store for the product they are looking for.

The store is set up well and do like to be able to plan my shopping trip by locating item locations ahead of time. I suggest a few more handicap spaces because often they are all taken. Of course Cherry Hill should check for illegal parking more often. The contractor loading area really jams the exit lane up. The old store location had a lot more room in front of the store. Two employees asked me if they could help me locate anything. I did not need assistance but welcomed their offer. The store is always clean. The best feature of my shopping at Depot is the good app you have.

Home Depot has been my choice for home improvement goods, home repair, tools etc for as long as I can remember. We moved into our home in 1972 and have consistently used Depot for projects. In 1996 we gutted our kitchen and used Home Depot for cabinets, sinks, faucets etc. I just measured the area up and by working with store sales people we designed the space on paper. I with the help of others did the work. Two cancers have caused me to lose my business and life savings. My wife and I are thrilled to complete your survey and have an opportunity to win a prize. We need to keep up with maintenance on the house with very limited funds and use Home Depot as out store. Your prices are fair and shopping is a good experience as I am partially handicapped.

Floor representatives went out of their way to locate the listed in the store grout, but not where I as the customer could find.

I find store #989 easy to maneuver around. Finding what your looking for is helped by the well marked aisles. Of course to be able find the location of an item on the app with use of the store map is very handy. My biggest gripe is moving the location of the store from its old site not far away. Your rental and contractor pickup area at the newer location is right on the exit intersection. This area is a real bottleneck. There seemed to be more space in the lanes at the old site. Nice shopping experience overall.
