Had to refuse another fridge because it would not fit through the door. Worked with Amber in the appliance department to find one that would work. Got the specs so I knew it would fit if the doors and bottom drawer were removed. Delivery people refused to do this so my brothers had to do their job. As you can see it was able to fit through the door!

Whatever your needs or wants are this location has it? They also have great employees willing to help you with any questions or paint department is phenomenal.

Everyone in the store are super helpful and welcoming. I had help from Lori at Appliance. She is outstanding. Helpful and nice!.. For all my future Appliance i will go to there

I just bought this leaf blower which has an attached backpack on it. I knew I would have trouble snapping some pieces together so I was informed someone at the tool rental counter might be able to assist me. His name was Jared and he was absolutely wonderful and put it together for me. He had tons of patience too! Thank you, Jared!

Visit led the pain department twice this month to pick a product and color, both times the staff were polite and professional, great customer service in the paint department!

Special order came in early and didn’t get a call until a week later asking why I haven’t picked it up. Now a week behind on installing. Associate at customer service desk seemed to hate her job.

Employee at Home Depot (Ellie) was very helpful and professional. Refridgerator arrived as scheduled. During the 48 hour window to verify product function, we realized it was a "lemon". Refrigerator would not come down to safe temperature (three different thermometers) also starting making random clicking sounds. Had to throw away some food from freezer section due to thawing. Called Home Depot 1-800 # two hours before time limit and scheduled appliance to be picked back up. Home Depot service was great. GE refridgerator was very dissapointing. What a hassle. We bought the unit with the least "bells and whistles" so we could avoid problems. What a joke!

This location always seems to have very friendly and helpful workers. They also seem to have almost everything in stock that you need and if not, they’re very helpful with helping you to locate it order it find it in a different location just all around a great store with great employees.

I’ve shopped this store for years and am always on my guard with what they say to me pertaining what I’m buying. Have been told on several occasions something that was simply not true by employees. They got me this time when I purchased two Jeld Wen windows. I as if they came with a J channel. I was told yes. They came in with out the J channel. What I assume was a department manager looked it up and found it’s not an option with Jeld Wen. Do your own research don’t rely on any Home Depot employee.

Found everything and when in doubt employee help me much thank you Home Depot 👍

Bought a door wall. I was helped by Tom, it wasn't his department but didn't make me wait and helped me find it. Got me a credit card to pay for it differed for 6 months as well. He was there again the next morning and helped me load it. Really good guy!

One thing about the chest fuel store is the fabulous service she received in the paint department. There’s two ladies there one is blonde and one has dark hair. These two ladies are phenomenal. They go beyond to help you. They are excellent as far as their talent and mixing paint and solving problems. I would highly recommend going to the Chesterfield store if you have any painting Projects.

Justin went above and beyond to help us! He then made sure someone loaded the lumber and paneling. He was so helpful and kind and didn’t hesitate to help.

We purchased new appliances in February 2025 for a kitchen remodel that didn’t get set until May 2025. Home Depot would not work with us on replacement. The appliance company would not offer us a free replacement to replace the damage stove that had been damaged either in transport or delivery. We have been dealing with the Home Depot store through all of this and have been delivered a brand new stove replacement today, Friday, August 22. Our experience dealing with store number 2734 in Chesterfield Michigan has been nothing but amazing in the appliance department, I can’t speak for the other part of the store, however, the appliance department was accommodating, kind, patient understanding and just a great experience overall. I always shop at Home Depot. I like the store, the products and most of the people and I appreciate the veteran discount.

I never have to worry about finding what I need, I look at the app for the location of the product I need and sure enough it's there. To me that says a well lubed machine! Great organization! And all the employees are so helpful and friendly. Plus when ever I order online I always use the Chesterfield location, ALWAYS!

I shopped for dirt, mulch and flowers also fertilizer

If you’re looking for high-quality paint, this is your girl not only does it roll on smooth. There’s no splattering clean up as easy in the paint last for years on your wall.
