The store associates were very helpful and knowledgeable! The building materials associate Andy was great help in locating and understanding of what I was looking for!

This was the best Home Depot experience I have ever had. The Garden Center associate was extremely helpful and very nice. She held our trees while my wife and I went back to our house and get our truck. After paying she already had two stockers ready to help load the trees into my truck. This was the first time we have used this store, but it will definitely not be our last time thanks to the helpful and kind associates.

Ben at the pro desk is helpful and knowledgeable. He is always willing to help you and he always focus on you and not looking around the store like he would have better things to do.. Anytime I come in the store and have a questions, Ben always the answer with a smile on his face. Can not ask for better customer service than that. Thank you Ben for being amazing!!

I was purchasing a straight edge to find the low spots in a concrete floor before laying laminate flooring. Your employee helped me find the right tool. Not only did he do that, but seemed interested in my project and showed me other tools that will make my job easier. I am grateful to him for his dedication.

The store provides personal attention. Associates are helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate the fact that I do not have to wait in line behind 3-4 people during checkout. Assistance in loading is always available. It simply is my favorite place to shop.

There is always someone at the paint counter that can help. I can't say the same for all departments But they are getting a lot better than they used to be.

I was greeted by a store employee then led to the faucet area. From there, a plumbing associate helped me determine the correct faucet for my needs within my price range. I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes with what I wanted.

Home Depot has the largest selection of kitchen items in town. It is the only store that has a check out for countertop samples so we can see how they will look in our house. Our kitchen designer has wonderful creative ideas to make our new kitchen work more efficiently than our current one.

As I searched for my purchases, I was unassisted by HD employees, including one who strolled between me and the products I was looking at, while talking on his phone, and not even bothering to murmur "excuse me." At check out, I was met with three out of four self-service terminals being down, and ZERO human check out clerks. There were, at one point, about ten of us waiting in line for that single terminal, and at least a couple of customers abandoned their merchandise and walked out in frustration. (I have NO idea how the guy purchasing the water heater was going to scan it himself!) When I finally got my chance to use the register, I only purchased the Ryobi charger and battery that I can't purchase anywhere else. I left the other products I had selected behind, and will be purchasing them from Menard's, where I can actually interact with a HUMAN checker. HD, you may be saving money by not having human checkers, and only having a single self-service checkstand open, but you are losing business. I will not be back any time soon! By the way, the only reason this rating got one star, and associate availability and "helpfullness" (learn how to spell, Home Depot!) got one bar each, was because I couldn't give "zero" scores.

My wife and I moved into a new home and needed a ceiling fan, Ryan I believe is his name in the lighting department - helped give us a discount because the ceiling fan/light combo my wife really wanted was out of stock - Ryan looked everywhere for one because it showed there was one left in inventory - but he couldn't find it - so he discounted her second choice and made my wife very happy. Jon is also a great employee - he always says hi to our dog Ranger and pets him, ask how we are doing, offers help when we need it. And Ben is one of our favorite employees to talk to - very friendly, helpful, knowlegable - great guy. This is our favorite store - we are in there at least once a week getting materials for my honey-do projects. We won't shop anywhere else - prices are great but more importantly because the employees make us feel like family. Thank you!!!

I found a Bostich brad nailer on the clearance rack, it was not labeled, the hardware associate was extremely helpful, found the discontinued item on his phone, got the price and skew, also came to the register to help the cashier get the item loaded! The cashier and associate were beyond helpful and it was a really good buy!

The product I needed was out of stock, so they guided me to different business. None of them had the product, so I went back to Home Depot and they ordered it in for me.

I had a great experience with very helpful associates. It seems like in the past two visits, I have great customer service and everyone has been quite knowledgeful of the products offered. I also found many things at a cheaper price than other home building stores. I had to look for nothing, the associate found it all and even found great options to the products I was looking for, so I would not break my budget.

Going to the Home Depot in Cheyenne is always a pleasure! I find it reassuring that "Betsy" whom I've heard other customers refer to as the "Plant Lady" is always busy watering and making sure people like me know where to find the plants they are looking for. She knows quite a bit about herbs as well! I like being around people who love plants and gardening as much as I do. I also like the fact that the plants look healthy and cared for. That is very important to me!
