When is the Spring Black Friday Sale?
The Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale is back and better than ever. Save big on lawn and garden as well as outdoor power equipment, then update your grill and patio furniture so you're ready to enjoy the season. You can also get a jump on spring cleaning and DIY projects by taking advantage of low prices on tools. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 9th through 22nd, so remember to shop before it ends.
What do I do to prepare my home for flip-flopping spring temps?
Be certain your home is ready for wild temperature swings by repairing or replacing faulty components of your hardscaping and home. On the outside of your house, examine roof shingles or metal roofs for rust or damage that could let water leak inside. Keep gutters fully functional to keep rain overflow from entering your home when storms arrive. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're in poor condition. Also, check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. If water gets inside the crevices, you might be looking at trouble.
Do you have specialty moving boxes?
Make moving or storage easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you've been searching for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Remember to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those, too.
Is it good to have a generator at home?
Enjoy power in your home even after severe storms take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making more noise when they create more power. When shopping for generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows.
Do you have wired or wireless doorbell cameras?
Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole when you can view human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off wannabe porch pirates. Many cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as it suits you.
