Bought this for a Christmas Gift. Wonderful shopping experience.

I needed several items and asked staff to help, not only did they tell me where to look they helped me find what I was looking for. Helped me make the right decision for what I was going to do.

I have been wanting my porch pressure washed and painted for several years and never have been able to get it done.But this year we are accomplishing this goal and the home depot team has been great in helping us choose the right paint and the right color and the right amount we needed. My porch looks beautiful!!!

The Best store that we have dealt with. We have visited many Homedepots on the east and west coast and this is by far the best!

This home depot is the best one I have been in by far! The employees are so helpful and will go through great length to give the customers the best shopping experience. The training at this store seems to be great because the employees are very knowledgeable about the store requirements and products. The management is very professional and always put the customers first. I absolutely love my Clayton home Depot.

Waited over 15 mins for assistance...couldn't find anyone until Dean came by. The cashier was catching up on her gossip I guess and she would continue to turn away when I would come close to her to ask for assistance. There was a group of employees having a 'meeting', I interrupted them for assistance then was ask what I wanted. I had the item in which I needed in my hand so to get the right thing and was asked 'what' that'?!!! Well I don't know but I need 2 of them!! I think it's on aisle 14, he said...I'll call for assistance. No one showed like I said until Dean came by me with a handful of returns and he sat all that down to assist me. Not only did he show me where to get my item but also walked me to get my 2 item so I wouldn't have trouble getting assistance again.

Having just recently moved to Clayton and having shopped several Home Depot stores in the past, these folks have repeatedly exceeded my expectations in every way. Take a bow guys, you're the best!

The employees always seem friendly and interested in my needs and they know where the stuff is located.

The employees are the greatest. Very helpful and friendly. In particular I often need help reading a label because I do not always bring my glasses.

Zack (sp?) always helps me when I come in. He’s always the first to greet me and ask if I need help. And if I do, he does everything to make sure I get what I want and need. He makes sure I’m satisfied with every item. Zack will walk with you to every isle and compare options for you and listen to what you have to say. I don’t know where you found Zack, but keep him! He is great!

Poor customer service One Cashier in the store on a Saturday. Associate in Electrical Dept. RUDE.

I have been shopping at the Clayton store for several years now, and have never had a bad experience. I drive from Whittier N.C. To Clayton Because I know that I can get great service from friendly employees, it doesn’t matter what I need, someone always has a answer, or they will find someone that does. I just want to say what a wonderful buying experience I had at the store working with Norma designing my new kitchen counter top and sink and stove. Norma walked me through a bunch of options patiently. And made sure I saw everything possible before making my final choices. I'm very happy with the buying process at this store.

We live over an hour away from this store. We needed to get a stain to finish a project ( this stain is only available at Home Depot). We chose to go to this Home Depot because the one in Asheville did not have the item we needed. We are so glad we took the trip over the mountains to the Clayton Store..It is a clean well stocked store with friendly, helpful associates. Hats off to the Store Manager!!

The associates here are exceptionally knowledgable, friendly and willing to help. They definitely have a commitment to customer experience, and it shows.
