I just wanted to thank Sandy in the flooring department for her excellent customer service! I live in PA and own rental property in the area and was trying to update the flooring in a condo I own. I had been working on this project for several months but was having trouble finding someone to do the work. I tried independent contractors, and another big box store but for some reason I could never get anyone to follow through and actually help me. I finally called Home Depot and spoke with Sandy in flooring (I'm sorry I didn't get her last name). From our first conversation Sandy was VERY helpful and worked with me over several weeks, through several quotes for both hardwood and carpet. I'm sure it was frustrating but Sandy was always very patient and friendly and also pointed out a lot of things that I hadn't even considered. Sandy is truly a knowledgeable pro who made the whole process very easy. Home depot is lucky to have an employee like Sandy and I think she should be commended for her fantastic customer service and positive attitude. Thank you again! PA landlord

Exceptional service people helped me in every dept.although a lot of thi gs were out of stock but understandable giving this time of year but associates checked with other stores to see if my things were available there.

Employee customer service is over the Top! Used to shop at the store on 22nd in St Pete - they don't hold a candle to this group!! Thank you Gulf to Bay!!!!!

Employees in all departments are very knowledgeable and helpful, selection is good but I find the music very distracting as I am trying to make decisions. I come to purchase building supplies not listen to music that I would never listen to at home.

Love this store - the staff are super friendly, they remember your name and they assist you with anything you need. You don't have to wait long to get service and they treat you like you are part of their family.

I have found the employees here to not only be knowledgeable in their dept. but are cross trained in several departments and when one doesn't know the answer they always run to find out! It's very apparent to me that most of the employees here are very passionate about home improvement and often offer creative work around and suggestions and ideas that are genuinely time savers that are probably gleaned from hours on this job. I appreciate good customer service and will go here before that big blue store any day!!!

The store was neat and clean. The aisle are marked for each department. I can always find someone to help me find the things I need. Their garden dept. has everything you could possibly need and the plants and flowers are reasonably priced. We have had to buy things in every dept. in the store and have never had any problem with any of their products. It's a pleasure to shop there.

I was told by a heavy set older woman with short grey hair I would be charged a restocking fee on my tile after waiting all this time while she tried to have someone else take care of me because she didn't know how to refund my order an they couldn't refund my order for some reason. She delayed what seemed like forever and finally got my refund to go through for the cabinets but told me to go pick out new tile for the floor and get back in line for my tile and she would credit me. I said no I would like a refund which I could tell upset her. When she finally got it credited she said she would have to charge me a restocking fee. I couldn't believe I was going to be charged for a mistake Home Depot made (my counter tops) and one of many in this fiasco. When I told her I will not pay a restocking fee for Home Depots mistake she told me " Look I could have charged you a restocking fee on the cabinets" At that time she was whispering to her coworkers as she passed them and several times and, looked to be very upset. She did return my money but now I don't want my counter top and would like follow up from the District Manager, Corporate Operations, and the Manager as this has gotten out of hand

Pleasant, professional and friendly staff. Was in a hurry to get a key made and pick up something else. Went to key first; "Ken" asked me while making the key if I found any other stuff I needed OK. Told him I needed one more thing and he directed me right to it. 3 of 3 people helped me quickly, I got what I needed and I was done within 5 minutes. It was great!

I’m a handy woman and I always find something to do in my home. So usually I’m going to shopping to the Home Depot and I always find what I need. And if I need some help in the store, I get that.
