During our experience! Mary was at our checkout! Her service was outstanding! My father was quite frustrated with the stores after running around chasing down a product but she just took the anger right out of him with kindness!

Salesperson was helpful but don't depend on timely delivery
I had a project that needed to be done in a week. Purchased flooring and a refrigerator on a Sunday to be delivered Wednesday. Left store and was contacted the next day that delivery would be Saturday. Called # on receipt and got the flooring changed to Thursday but the refrigerator would be delivered Saturday. Thursday delivery of flooring was dropped from the forklift and I had to load and return the damaged flooring. I waited all day Saturday for the refrigerator and it did not show and no call or email. I called after the delivery time frame had expired and was told they may running a little behind. Had to go to the store and cancel the refrigerator because I had to leave town the next day.

Purchased Samsung washer & Dryer & 5 yr warranty
I bought a Samsung Washer/Dryer May 17,2023. Bill Braithwaite, Appliance Specialist, helped us. We looked at many models & Bill explained the differences between the makes & models. We were impressed with Bill’s knowledge of all the machines in the dept.He was very helpful to us making our decision to purchase the Samsung Washer& Dryer. He suggested we take a 5 year Warranty Plan, which we purchased.we are very satisfied with our purchase & we want to thank Bill for his knowledge in helping us make our purchase.Bill is an asset to Home Depot.

Great Experience
My second visit to The Ulmerton Road, Largo Store in a couple days. The customer service seems to be exceptionally good. Every associate, from the department specific, my cashier, to the random one passed while asking "where can I find...", seemed to be genuinely happy to help. This feels distinctly better than the usual shopping experience nowadays.
