This store is one of the cleanest I've ever been in, including the ladies room. The customer service was fantastic. I did NOT have to look for anyone to help me. I was approached and help was offered. After losing the flatbed, it was pushed to the register and then to my vehicle where my product was then loaded. Thank you Gabe and Ty for your professional attitude, knowledge in the product as well as my project goal. The heavy lifting was greatly appreciated. You are both an asset to the Home Depot Team.

I visited the Cleburne Tx. store I don’t remember the associates name in the Paint apartment although he was very dedicated to his apartment and the store is enthusiasm was Top Notch. He Wes so enthusiastic about helping me with the products which I was interested in purchasing. He was on shift @ around 3:20 pm on April 24th 2019. I feel that he deserves some type of recognition for his enthusiasm and dedication to the store, you can see he really enjoys his job and the HomeDepot Companie.

I went in sort of late on Friday night. I saw a man on a portable ladder, stocking some items on top shelf. I walked over to him, asked him the same question. He replied, very politely, exactly where they were and began backing down the stairs to take me to the correct place-aisle and shelf. I said no need to take me, I can take his directions and go to them. His name was David C. He replied that he wanted to be sure he told me correctly and did not mind at all to help me locate what I needed. As we walked to the exact correct location he had told me, we talked. David was a senior adult, as I am too. We talked about the cold spell coming, about the products that I needed to repair an aluminum door, and several other subjects. David pointed me to several products, all exactly what I needed, and said any of them should serve my needs. David was extremely polite all the while. I picked out what I needed, showed him what I was replacing and he agreed that what I had picked out, should work fine. Then we talked a few minutes more - about things in general. All the while, David C was very pleasant, pleasant appearance, very nice talking gentleman, clean cut and very customer helpful and oriented. You could tell that David C was a Christian in his speech and actions - You could tell by his talk and words - very much so. David C should be commended for being the EXACT type of Home Depot Employee that Home Depot should have. KUDOs to David C and the Cleburne Texas Home Depot management and to Home Depot Corporate for having David C help customers so well. David C is truly a special Cleburne Texas Home Depot employee. I have been a Home Depot customer for many years and will be for many years in the future. I always recommend Home Depot whenever possible to my friends and neighbors. Again - Thank You to the Cleburne Texas Home Depot for having David C as an employee!

I have shopped at many Home Depot and other stores like Home Depot but this store seems so friendly and always willing to help compared to all the other stores. Christy (CFS4NT) in the kitchen design area of this store is super. I had a large order I needed help with and she walked me through the whole order and I mean the WHOLE order. I was there for a considerable amount of time due to the many items needed and she made sure the whole order was complete, even though a lot of the items weren't all in her department. AWESOME!!!!!!

On our visit we were directed straight to the advertised item we were looking for. While waiting in line to be check out, a new register was opened to check us out quickly. We were given additional information on how to save more money, which we took advantage of. Employees were friendly & informative & helpful. Will give a 5 star rating on this visit!

This particular store has been my go to for anything I've needed in the DIY sphere. I've been coming here since the year 2000 when I moved to the area. From the first time I walked in there, everyone everyone! Has been helpful, friendly, and not made me feel like a lunatic when I asked weird questions. I have bought almost every tool I own from Home Depot. Once, in a blue moon, your store doesn't have what I need and I have to search for it somewhere else, but that is very very rare. Gardening department has gone out of his way to help me this year in particular. Your professional desk has help me brainstorm some remodeling from my home. Your lumber department has cut up things for me when I didn't have the time or the skills to do it myself. Your helpdesk has always had someone who is friendly, resourceful, and willing to help me no matter what. Thank you for all the service you have given me over the years, I don't plan on shopping anywhere else anytime soon.

I believe I had Caleb.. He helped me load my car. He even had time to help me and another person at the same time. He was very nice. I told him I’d been weedeating all day and I was tired. 40 and still working hard. He said I didn’t look a day over 20. Thanks for putting a smile on my face and the great speedy customer service. :)

I like shopping at the Cleburne HomeDepot as they seem to have the more knowledgeable help. Always friendly. The store is always clean. It is rare they are out of stock of the products that I shop there for.

The best store in town

Well staffed with knowledgeable employees. And, they had the product in stock that I needed. The cashier went above and beyond to assist! Impressive--Cleburne Home Depot!

My visit to the Cleburne Texas Home Depot was GREAT. Good selection of what I wanted to buy. I enjoyed looking on the Window aisle - about to buy several windows for a new house that we will be building close to Cleburne in the next few months. Home Depot will be MY STORE, when the building begins! Been buying from this Home Depot for many years now. Very friendly and knowledgeable employees.
