This guy dint rent a trailer because I’m ispanic and he thinks I don’t have the paperwork or the money to do it when I rent a lot of times in here he did same thing with other ispanics but not with a white person

Nice clean store. Usually has everything I need in stock. Employees are helpful, but they seem a little understaffed at times.

I visited the store twice over the weekend. I was greeted once I walked into the area I needed. The representatives were eager to assist me, and answered all my questions. Offered me a cup of coffee while I waited. Great Customer Service.

Bought a product from the store tried to return it, the manager told me he couldn’t help me, called the corporate office and they worked with me on a return. The Cleveland Avenue store is like a ghost town nobody there to help you, and if you find someone they don’t know anything. The manager wouldn’t even lift a finger to try to help me on my return. I had to call corporate if I would’ve left it up to him I would’ve been out $300. I will never shop there again.

I went to buy mulch. First, I had to wander around looking for a cart. Then I had to walk to the back of the garden dept, then I had to load 20 bags, then had to push cart to the register, then had to push cart through the parking lot, then load my truck. Complete waste of time and energy. I walked by skid after skid of mulch stacked in the parking lot. I could have have walked inside, paid for it, and pulled my truck up to the skid and put it directly on my truck. But I guess that makes sense. That would be to easy. I will spend my money elsewhere.

I wish I had gotten his name but the young man at the pant counter went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely be back to this location to get my paint from now on.

Home Depot has amazing staff who are kind and professional. Always a great experience when dealing with them.

For what other reason would they shutdown two aisles while they moved merchandise keeping myself and tradesmen waiting for 15 to 20 minutes... I would never have expected this from Home Depot in the past!!!

Terrible customer service and they will try to give you more expensive versions of what you ask for to get better sales. Then give you the run around on getting your money back. Thieves. Stay away.

Anwyn Erikensen, Design Consultant was very knowledgeable about kitchen cabinets & desiging. It’s because of her expertise & professionalism that we bought Kraft Maid cabinets for our remodel. She was also patient & was easy to contact.

Not much help from the few employees that I seen.

Your staff always seems annoyed and seems to despise when customers ask for help. There are so many of you there which you are hard to find and when found you all look miserable and seem annoyed to be asked for help.

Lumber area had drywall and other materials stacked in the aisles, The garden area was a total mess. I usually shop the Westerville store. Smaller but much better kept.

Bill was very helpful. He answered all my questions and went the extra mile in helping me decide which height of the washer and dryer pedestal would work best for me. He reviewed everything with us so that we will be ready for home delivery and installation. I had 3 other places that I had planned to check for a Whirlpool front loading washer and dryer. After talking with Bill I felt confident that I wanted to purchase them from Home Depot.

I can always find what I need from plants, appliances to lumber. I can spend a lot of time in HomeDepot.

I purchased a front door and storm door. Excellent customer support to walk me thru the purchase.

The customer service counter told me one thing but was totally different when I was in the aisle getting assistance.

I was unable to return 5 boxes of special order flooring because I ordered through Home Depot direct in pallet quantities. That shouldn’t matter, it’s all one company. Fix this service issue. It upsets the customer.

I bought an air conditioner and a dehumidifier, the folks that helped me were awesome!

The customer assistance at this store is terrible. The associate can see you coming and turn and go the other way. Terrible

Those two lovely and incredibly awesome ladies went above and beyond the call of duty to make my experience a phenomenal one!!!! Give them both a huge raise and promotion immediately!!!!!! They are the heart and soul of that Home Depot location, and all of Home Depot nationwide!!!

We purchased a new Washer and Dryer today and we are really glad we came to Home Depot. Excellent Service!

AMERICAN MADE PRODUCT AT A GOOD PRICE

The employees that we have dealt with at this store are flat out rude. Went to get a Christmas tree last night, no help, no fresh cut, no packing it in the netting, no help get on the car, no NOTHING! Employee blocked my way out of the store as I was trying to carry it and he smirked at me as if he was all funny. Didn't ask to help us at all. This store is also a complete mess. I mean you sell brooms, use one!
