I had an issue trying to find an a/c face (cover) plate and I would have had to have fabricated if Kelly Whaley and Brian Hopkins had not put their heads together to try to help me figure out how to purchase a piece of tin and install myself. Thanks to Brian and Kelly, it worked great! Brian in the Pro Department even offered to track down someone to help me fabricate........didn't have to, he and Kelly fixed me right up!

I was working on a mobile home and the Cleveland, TN Home Depot had everything I needed to finish the job! It was so nice that I found it local instead of having to order it and wait for it. I could finish the job sooner than I thought - what a nice surprise!

Thanks to Aaron in the Pro Department, my job was much easier than I thought it would be. Aaron is always eager to help me with the 'tough' jobs that I bring him, but he always figures it out for me before I leave the store. Thanks again Aaron!

I went to the Cleveland Home Depot and could not have been more pleased with the outcome. I had a countertop dilemma and Kelly from the paint department and Kim from the cabinet department persevered until they found a solution for me. They also saved me lots of money.........I call that teamwork! Thanks again ladies!

I was in the paint department and was approached by the Behr rep. asking if I could use any help. I have a big project and in lieu of purchasing the wrong paint, he talked me into a small sample to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Great idea..........went back a couple of days later and purchased 20 gallons of the perfect color. Thanks Paul.

I would recommend the paint department at the Home Depot store in Cleveland, TN over and over due to all of the sales associates really know their business. Today, I went and David was so helpful in helping me choose the correct product for the concrete job that I had to do. It worked the first time and was the perfect color as well. Thanks again David!

I remodel homes and since Kelly Whaley saw me come in Home Depot today, she immediately advised me of a bargain on door hardware. She could have let me go right by, but advised that the hardware had just gone on sale and I love a bargain! Thanks again Kelly!

So nice to deal with the Pro Desk in my business! Brian Hopkins is great in helping and completing my order whether in store or special order. Thanks Brian, Home Depot is a great place to shop due to the Pro Desk.

Needed an exhaust fan and Stowe helped me find exactly what I needed. Not only did Home Depot have exactly the size I needed but Stowe, the sales associate helped me find it.

Brian Hopkins went beyond what I expected today. I injured my wrist and when I walked into the Pro Dept, he inquired what I needed, went around the store with me gathering up what was needed, checked me out and loaded my car at the end. What great service!

When I took my list into Home Depot, I had no idea what I was looking for in the plumbing department. Terry was beyond helpful, filling my list, making it a pleasant shopping experience so that I could expeditiously check out in the Pro Desk and be back on the jobsite in not time. I was very impressed with the level of customer service at this store. Many associates asked if I needed help several times during my visit. The associate in the pro shop worked very hard to help me get exactly what I wanted and needed.

Doing a tile job at one of my spec houses, I needed tile and all of the items needed to complete the job. Larry in the cabinet/flooring department could not have been nicer in not only helping me, as well as making suggestions about what product was perfect for the job. I also was shopping for blinds and there were not any of the size I needed. He did not hesitate in offering to special order them for me. Five days, will have them. Such service........... Thanks Larry!

I asked Katie in the Pro Department for her help to day and not only did she know where the items were, she guided me to the aisle to retrieve the items. Way to go Katie......made my job so easy!

I was in a huge hurry and placed an order with Brian Hopkins today in the Pro department. He had it waiting on me when I got there, checked me out in no time and even helped me load it. What a guy! Thanks again Brian........you saved the day!

It is so refreshing that Home Depot/Cleveland has a Pro Desk making checkout so easy and quick to expedite from purchase to checkout. Larry in the cabinet department could not have been nicer and more pleasant to deal with when making a special order. He went beyond what I expected, by asking if I needed any other items and not only helped me make the right sink choice, but opened the carton so that I could actually check the measurements. Great job Larry!

Want to commend Kelly Whaley in the hardware dept for assisting me with making suggestions to make my project and easier task than I was making it out to be. I always get the help I need on my visits to the Cleveland Home Depot. Thanks Kelly for all of your help!

The expertise in the paint department at the Home Depot in Cleveland, TN is beyond helpful. I really enjoy the fact that John has so much knowledge about the paint products. Paul (the Behr representative) is only at the store once a week, however, he stops whatever he is doing to help in any way and to answer any painting issues or problems you might have. Great job John and Paul! I'll be back!!!

From the cashiers at the front door to the sales associates in the plumbing department ending with checking out at the Pro Desk, everyone greeted me with a 'good morning' and it was just overall a pleasant way to start my day! The store was very clean and fresh smelling. The staff was very nice and helpful in finding items. The items I wanted was in stock and neatly arranged on the shelf. I was impressed and I will return.

Easy to navigate the aisles. People who work here have experience and are knowledgeable.

On a Monday morning, what better way than to start the day by gathering up supplies at the Home Deport in Cleveland, TN. Always greeted by several sales associates and always with a smile. Great job to whomever is doing the hiring! Keep up the good work!
