This store has very friendly service and very eager to help you find what you need. Clean and very organized. Great place to shop.

This location is superior in customer service when compared to the other big "blue" box store. You are greeted at the door, offered a shopping cart, and a friendly associate is never too far away to assist with any of your questions.

please put up a sign saying this is not a parking spot. until you have purchased your materials do not park in the loading zone

Nate in the Gardening Center at Home Depot was a great person to deal with. Made sure we had what we needed for the gardening.

Home Depot carries merchandise that no other store carries that I really enjoy using in my home. A fun place to shop.

We had a problem with an item that we purchased. The employee (Eric - the Kilt) went above and beyond what we would have expected in helping resolve the issue. He watched for replacement to be in stock, called us, then handled it all for us when we got to the store to make it easier (did not need to explain issue again). Friendly, professional and helpful!!!

Placed order at Cleveland Home Depot with Luquida’s help- she was professional, efficient, confirmed my order and clarified things like pressure treated or not and scheduled the delivery- which arrived as scheduled and was delivered in the location on the property requested. Delivery item count was correct and lumber was quality expected.

I found the exact backsplash I was looking for online and it was on sale! I am excited about seeing it in my kitchen and admiring it for years to come.

This place is great. It's always clean, well stocked, and help is always available! This is important to me because I don't have to walk all over the store hunting what I need.

I drive from Athens Tennessee to this store because they almost always have what I can't get at the local BB. The store is clean and neatly arranged and the item selection is much better. The prices are also competitive.

Went to Hone Depot for a refrigerator, needing it that day. The first choice was not available because it was not ob stock, and the delivery was way unacceptable. My husband and I were about to go somewhere else to find one. That's when Robby came through with flying colors, he checked their stock, almost had one, but it wouldn't do. So as we were walking out, my husband asked about one he had spotted that was sitting in the back. Robby checked on his device and found it, seeing as it didn't show up as being there. Not to mention, it was also marked down, so he saved us quite a bit of money, and helped me get my Home Depot card. Would I recommend this store, on a scale of 1 to 10, I give it a solid 10.

We purchased a duel fuel range today and received excellent service. Angela was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile by not only contacting the manufacturer for us and clarifying some points but also by doing extra research. And let's not forget the treat or dog received from her :-)

I have shopped here many times since moving to the area in January. The staff is great, very helpful and friendly. They remember me and ask about the project that I’m working on.

Was having a bad day trying to find some things in check out understaffed gardening area didn’t help so went inside and spoke with a lady Mailyn, Son was having a bad day she made everything so much more fun and enlightening!!! Need more people in stores that take your mind off of the worlds problems and hope you find what you need!!!

I needed a few things for the shop and after getting great help from TERA , I wandered over to the Auto section. I need a few things for myself , while there I met RON , who went way out the way to make sure I got everything I needed for an auto repair . CLASS ACT these two.
