Sean and Joel helped me so much on Black Friday. Although it's on one of their busiest days of the year, they were happy to help. Joel loaded my truck and my cart, making it the easiest shopping experience ever!

Excellent experience with great people to work with. Found everything I needed quickly and was helped by knowledgeable Home Depot representatives.

I came in with a device which had a stripped screw. An employee named Art was patient and extremely helpful. He was able to use a drill bit to solve the problem. I had a great store experience.

The associates at this store location were very helpful. I needed some assistance with my minor plumbing project and the Two associates stopped what they were doing and went "above and beyond" to make sure I had exactly what I would need to complete my project.

After scouring Home Depot's and Lowes' websites I visited HomeDepot in Clifton Park, NY first, on Veterans Day, to look at GE dryer and dishwasher that I reviewed online. Got there, met a very respectable, knowledgeable and helpful associate named Kevin (a Vet himself) ironically and left a very satisfied customer with 2 new appliances for my home. The products were slightly more expensive than Lowe's but the service overall from straight forward answers to my questions, helpfulness and unbiased opinions of products from Kevin and the ease of checkout and loading from him and other associates, I didn't remember I could have saved $100 going to Lowe's instead until now - and honestly, I do not mind. Great experience and happy customer.

I am a 72 woman and live in a 45 year old home in Clifton Park. I have no building trade knowledge or skills so when i go to home depot I depend upon the knowledgeable sales persons to assist me in makiing appropriate purchases. I love this store, I do not go to any other hardware store. The reason for this is that the personnel are always pleasant and helpful and give me advice like a family member would. I depend upon that and so appreciate it. Ive never been disappointed. BRAVO

My girlfriend and I spent a lot of money on vinyl fencing, pressure treated wood, a shed, etc. We had 3 large carts loaded. She pushed one and pulled another from the back of the store to the front and not one person stopped to assist. We then rented the home depot truck and asked for assistance to load the truck. They said they were short staffed on a Monday around 5:30 pm. We loaded the truck by ourselves and I needed assistance with strapping it down. I went back in twice and finally someone was able to help. A very disappointing trip to home depot.

Everybody friendly and are asking me what do I need and help-

Being a landlord, I'm always in Home Depot. They have a great selection of products with a fair choice of prices. I use the app to search the store for product availability. Usually I'm in there a little longer, mostly because I like to see what new products they might have added. To be quite honest, I've never had a bad experience in any of the Home Depots and there is always a sales associate close by, I've never had to hunt one down. Guess you can say, I'm very satisfied!

Overall the store is clean, is well stocked and prices are reasonable. The store employees, particularly Virginia and Michelle, are the finest I have encountered in many years. No exaggeration. Both Virginia and Michelle greet me by name and are consummate professionals. Also, other employees are friendly and helpful, as well. For comparison, I try my best to avoid shopping at Lowes. For at Lowes I am made to feel that my presence in the store is a true imposition. At Home Depot my spending money is appreciated and respected.

The staff at this store are particularly friendly and helpful!! The manager is very accessible!!! I met him when looking for help and thought he was a store associate until he told me otherwise. Since then I have seen him around the store. It is very clear that associates understand that their job is to help customers and they do a great job! Best Home Depot I have ever been to and a much better experience by far than the Lowes in Clifton Park. I always go here first and only go to Lowes if Home Depot doesn't have what I need, which thankfully isn't very often!!

We came to the store for several items but mainly to find tile to replace a couple broken pieces in our kitchen. While shopping we where helped by Mike in the tile section, not only was he knowledgeable and helped us find a tile we could use but he went out of his way to guide us around the store and find us the odds and ends we needed to purchase. We will definitely be back to this store because of the employees like Mike that make shopping a great experience. The only complaint I have is that the women's bathroom was very dirty and my husband said that the men's room was dirty as we'll.

With a little effort I found everything I needed and was able to check out quickly and easily.

Devon showed me products that could meet my needs and discussed the application tradeoffs and found me open boxes at a discount. She un stacked many boxes to get the boxes I needed and was patient and insightful in listening to me. She introduced me to a product that was new to me that I love. It was a pleasure and honor to receive this service and find the product I needed. She went the extra mile. There is not much traffic on the extra mile. Also my checkout associate Teddy (Frederika) was great and had a bear sketched on her apron which made me smile.

The folks at Home Depot are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and have a good sense of humor. They make for a pleasant shopping experience.

Mums were overpriced, but there were plenty to choose from.

I probably met two of the best employees on the Home Depot payroll. First it was George who couldn't have been more helpful. Actually we had help from someone unknown who directed us to the department where we met George. Again, George treated us like we were the most important people that ever came into the store.. Once we decided to buy the product, George accompanied us to the register where we met Sheri. She was a natural at ,akin a customer feel at ease and satisfied that they were making the right purchase. Evcellent personality.

I can't say enough about Al at the Halfmoon store. I'm not one to normally fill out surveys but I had to communicate the helpfulness of Al. Not being familiar with the electrical parts I needed he made my experience a great one! I would go in specifically looking for his help in the future. Home Depot ought to be proud for having such a wonderful person on the staff.

Products I was looking for are always in stock and store employees are always there to help if needed. Very clean and organized store!

I live near the local Home Depot and am usually there about every weekend. Anytime I've needed help on a product, the associates really know their stuff and have saved me time and money. My wife took two of the Saturday classes offered before we remodeled our home this past spring. At times, we were at Home Depot as much as three times a day! I really appreciated your Sunday night hours. Over the past year we've bought two DeWalt power tools, a tile saw, Dremel moto-tool bits, tile, rugs, a sink and vanity, Minwax Stain and Floor sealer along other items. Home Depot is my number one choice to DIY compared to Lowes.

Very helpful staff, went above and beyond to help locate what I needed and did it all with a smile.

I had a very sticky elec issue. Al took time on my three separate visits to guide me through the products I needed and how to troubleshoot my situation. In the end both his great knowledge and recommended products were just what I needed and I resolved my problems. I was very grateful for Al's ability to dumb-down his expertise to my level and for his patience. He even stayed 15 minutes past his shift to help. (I knew this because before seeing him the 3rd time I stopped by the service desk to see if he was still working and they mentioned that he was there until 2:30). Thanks again Al!

Casey (at the Pro Desk) helped me with my large home project. He did everything he could to get the order done correctly and get maximum savings for my large purchase. He was sincere and I would seek him out again for a large project.
