Finally had someone helpful at self checkout. He didn't stand there and stare at us as if we were stealing. Instead he was kind , engaged, and super helpful processing two forms of payment.

I have purchased large appliances from this HD along with holiday decor and just small general everyday items (lead cords, light bulbs, furnace filters, etc.) and have always been pleased with the purchases and whenever I needed help or had a question there was always someone close by to help.

Sheri the Cashier was the bestest ever... She was very friendly helpful and professionall the staff at this home depot is great. but Sheri was the best thank you...

Andre the ASSociate said he "Didn't want to open a roll of pennies" when I asked him why he shorted me on a refund. How lazy can a counter-person be? What does that tell a customer when they aren't given a full refund?

I went into Home Depot looking for a Christmas gift and was very overwhelmed. An employee, Steven, took time to discuss brands and products with me and helped me find an amazing Christmas present and a brand / tools that would work well for my home and needs. I really appreciate the time he took to help me and how knowledgeable he was. It made a stressful shopping experience enjoyable and I am really excited about what I was able to get. Sheri was efficent and friendly

Although I had a problem finding someone to make my keys, once I had an associate, they were friendly and very helpful. Cashier was super pleasant. Very good shopping experience.

The staff here has become an amazing support. I’ve been going through a divorce for over a year. They have helped me set up security and comforted me during a very emotional time. They taken the time to make sure I was educated inside and out for each project as I learned to care for my home and very large property in my own. They cared for me as a family member or a friend. I’m beyond grateful for them! They are most definitely doing it above and beyond right!!! Thank you!!

I stopped in to Home Depot to do some early Xmas shopping and succeeded big time due to Tracy! She made the searching for my items easy and fun! I highly recommend using her personal shopper expertise if she is available. Maneuvering the store isn’t easy for those of us that don’t use it often and she made the experience fun and enjoyable! The deals were great as well.

Steve, the Garden Center Manager, was outstanding! He very thoroughly explained all the features, pros, and cons on several Ryobi cordless tools we wanted to buy and brought us to the service counter to exchange a defective purchase. All the employees in this store are friendly and constantly asking if you need any help. Best big box store experience we've ever had. Tom & Lori Holland

Jingles and Jackie in the Garden Dept. Helped me decide which battery operated lawn mower to buy. They are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and fun. Answered all my questions and even demonstrated how to use the machine. I was hooked.

I've found items not being available, although the website shows a quantity in stock. The employees, however, are usually very professional and helpful.

Had to travel to two different stores to obtain, chair looks comfortable.

Sean at the prodesk is one of the most helpful employees I have ever worked with at any store. He was very helpful in finding what I needed, when I needed it, preparing quotes, orders, deliveries, timely pickups when I was in a hurry. Could not ask for more.
