I’m at lost for words with the service that was provided. Everything went smoothly prior to the purchase of the shed. Workers were tentatively responsive to questions, but once the transaction went through, they were hesitant to respond. I had a horrible experience with the installation of my shed.

A Home Depot associate met me in the parking lot as I was coming in and I need 22 bags of garden bark and he got me a cart. He loaded it and he pulled another associate Alexander and they loaded it into my car… These two were my angels…. sure beats delivery fee, and waiting for it

I would not have been able to purchase my chair/settee if it wasn't for Tam! It was not on the floor. However, her superb customer service did not give up and found it for me buried and receiving. Okay I'll add a photow

Store is often dirty. Displayed American Flag is not replaced often. Many times I've seen it so filthy that as Veteran I wanted to take it down myself. Very disrespectful. People working there are not knowledgeable and don't seem to care. Clearance items are not clearly priced. Some items in the clearance section aren't on clearance. Not sure how that works but...oh well. I asked about a Milwaukee saw that was there, no one knew why it was there, they just knew that it wasn't clearance priced.

No one asked if I need help, or can I help you or hi. They just walked by.

Went in to order a item and used my bank card to order an item, but when I got to my car, I got a text saying that my bank card was added to my Home Depot card, which I never gave permission for them to do. Very unprofessional.

The store as usual was clean. I needed some lumber cut so it would fit into my car. A nice young man named Carlos was wonderful. He was pleasant, friendly and did a perfect job for me. Give him a raise! You need to keep good employees like Carlos! Thank you, Carlos!

I have gone 3 times to this Home Depot in the last month as I am getting ready to move so I have needed supplies plus paint, etc. for the new place and in every dept. there was someone who offered help. I am blown away. At 5"2 and 120 female I am used to being ignored at a hardware store but not at Home Depot! They made me feel valued.

I am very pleased with the customer service I've been given lately at my Home Depot. It used to be I would see associates walking up and down aisles like they were too busy to notice a customer. Recently, during my last two visits, I have been noticed immediately and helped right away, either by the person who noticed me or by the person I was referred to.

Could not get what I needed because machine used to cut 4X8 plywood was broken!

Employee went above & beyond to help me with correct answers to complicated questions. I was impressed.

The gal in the paint dept knew her stuff and was really helpful.

Dolly and Vani were such incredibly good at what they do. Very kind, approachable, patient and super knowledgable. Excellent service and we ended up purchasing a dish washer.

I am a Criminal Defense and Forensic Expert, specializing in Homicides.. I am always needing supplies to help my in my case investigations. I used to purchase much of my supplies through various Forensic companies. I while shopping a Home Depot one day, I saw a forensic tool that I previously purchased through one of my usual forensic companies. Afternoon further “browsing”, I found quite a few if the items at Home Depot that I was buying from the other companies, and at much higher cost. That was in 1998. Ever since then my agency, “Stebens Criminal and Forensic Investigations”, has been buying at least 75% of its need from Home Depot. I also hire and train other investigators and I give them a tour of my local Home Depot to show them that they don’t need use the high priced companies when Home Depot has the exact same item, the same brand name, and for much less. As one professional to another m,Thank you Home Depot.

The homedepo employees were promptly and fast. I had to get a couple of items and fast. This wasn't like when I went to the grocery store 10 minutes in line.

All the staff that you run into are going to ask if you need help and how your day is it’s like they got in trouble and now they’re forced to say it. So most of the hellos and need help are not genuine and they’re not in a good mood when they ask, but the store itself is good.

I have bought special-ordered windows at this store. All my previous interactions with staff at this store have been nothing but excellent. From the helpers in the warehouse, the equipment rental staff, and the checkout clerks, great attitude until this last visit. I was looking for good window sill lumber to finish my window install. A gentleman helped me make the best choice out of the usually many choices that are out there. I was quickly in and out of the aisles, heading to the checkout. I didn't want to self-checkout due to the need to measure the length of the boards. There was only one checkout clerk, and she didn't look happy. She scanned the barcode on one and said to me, "Just so you know, each board is $41", to which I replied, "ok." then she repeated herself with much emphasis on the amount. I looked her in the eye and "okay!" with some slight vocal inflection of irritation. As she measured the boards, I asked her repeatedly why the length she got was not consistent with the physical length of the boards. She didn't like the questioning and got pretty aggressive and antagonistic. Once I had paid, I asked her if she was that aggressive with all Home Depot customers, and she sneered back, "Are you this aggressive with all Home Depot employees?". I left feeling disgusted by the lack of basic customer care and respect.

Have been going to this particular Home Depot for over a decade. The return lines are pretty quick to get a refund. The customer service desk was useful, but no longer exist. Let's hope I get good assistance with my security door purchases. Overall employee satisfaction.

We had top notch customer service during our visit on 01/19/25. Mike (Customer Experience Manager) was patient, thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. He helped my mom decide on the items that worked best for her home project, assisted me in the purchase, delivery, and installation for my appliances, and even walked my moms items to the front to help her complete her purchase. Definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This store is awesome it's been a long time since I got wonderful customer service, thank you again to the young lady who got my lawnmower for me and the young man who loaded it to my car, raises manager to your wonderful employees

The store still had FRESH Christmas trees that no one else had in Hanford nor Visalia.The staff was pleasant and helpful! AND, Christmas items were on sale. Once again, more than a WOW experience at this Home Depot. Many Thanks.
