Big problems w/delivery of my oven. It ruined my Christmas w/my family. Need refunds promised, nothing yet.. Awful experience & never again will I shop Home Depot

This Home Depot must have good managers because I have had more then great experiences in three different instances one day with young boy DAVID kid with the happy pip to his step. Once with Chen the multi lingual very polite Asian guy. And once with Ralph , the older man always willing to share his knowledge and wisdom.

I’m work in a trade where my time is valuable, this Home Depot location allows me to get in, pick up what I need and head back to the job asap..

He was kind, knowledgeable, and spent well over an hour with me throughout all the sections I needed support, Helping me build my project with each and every thing I needed in an optimal way. He is AMAZING!!!! Id never be able to navigate it without him.
